I thought the Shugo Chara ending was really cute. There are still a few unresolved threads, but that leaves room for fans to explore! I started liking Ikuto a lot more in these chapters, and this scene in the last chapter is particularly sweet. Don't click if you don't want to get spoiled, but my gosh, I got a little teary-eyed from that scene.

RANDOMLY, not about Shugo Chara, but I had the thought, what if Yanagi from Tenipuri wore glasses? I think he would like like this guy from Defense Devil. Especially in the pic below. If he still had his old hairstyle. Haha. (And no, Defense Devil is not about tennis even though they're playing tennis here)

Awesomeness, the DVD for the Shugo Chara musical is out~. I wanted to attend this when I went to Japan in August, but that thought was easily shot down by the group since none of them are interested in musicals. =P I haven't finished watching the Shugo Chara musical yet (must sleep...) but YAY for KENN with cat ears. I don't like Ikuto, the character he portrays, but maybe KENN will make me like him more. XD; KENN is...one of the oldest in the cast. Man, everyone else is so young. And so high pitched. The shugo chara are all...puppets. Kind of amusing. Amu takes a while to change into her Amulet Heart outfit, so everyone has to get beaten by the X characters, which sound like how they sound in the anime. Will watch the rest tomorrow, hopefully. I think by the end everyone will have their character transformation. Frilly clothes for Tadase...pirate outfit for Ikuto? Do want to see KENN in that.

I wonder if I'll have time to make Kiseki today. At least I finished Tadase's egg! The crown is way too big, but oh well...now how to attach this to my outfit...I should start packing soon. I better start charging my camera and my DS...



If I don't post again today, here's the heads up about my short hiatus. I'll be away for AX starting tomorrow. I won't be back until next Friday or so since I have a family trip to Las Vegas right after AX. ♥ (I don't quite know how I'll manage without internet, but we'll see)

Shugo Chara

Was on chapter 20 or so, but now I started on the anime too. Seeing all those guardian characters (shugo chara? whatever they're called??) makes me want to make plushies of them. <3 I have been too lazy to make anything lately though. =x

Doubt

asdkljfa; Freaky bunnies. Why did I start reading this series?? The game is very similar to Mafia. My gut instinct about the Wolf was correct.

Something is finally happening! You have to read these chapters if you haven't yet. =P I'm not quite sure what to think yet. Maybe it's a trap.

Mr. Fullswing

I'm on volume 10 at the moment. The jokes go right over my head. Too much text for me to read, so I usually just skip them. x__x I thought Saruno would be one of those characters who goofs off in the beginning and then gets a lot more serious later on (like Shinozaki from Overdrive), but Saruno never lessens his gags! :O Such a crazy series. My favorite character is Nezu. Hardworking, always shocked at Saruno's jokes...poor guy. Tomaru is crazily skilled with his speed, Shiba never talks but is quite dependable, Inukai feels like he should be a popular character, but surprisingly, the others are more popular. The captain reminds me of Cloud. The hairstyle, I think. XD; Quite an amusing cast of characters.
