This chapter took much effort. I started writing it during AX in the Artist Alley, but I thought I was being pretty rude typing instead of paying attention to customers, so I stopped pretty quickly, haha. I continued this during some car rides afterward, but the bulk of the writing and editing came later. I think...the slice of life aspect of this story is what stumps me the most. There's no conflict or anything!! I'm just not good enough of a writer to write about nothing happening.

I'm pretty excited though, to discover that Mekakushi no Kuni has been reprinted. Pretty covers! I especially want this one with Namiki and Marota. So buying this the next time I go to Kinokuniya. Man, this means I'll have the Chinese, English, and Japanese versions of this manga. XD

I'm always pushing the deadline for 30_kisses. I wasted too much time over the weekend fixing my scene dividers for my old fics over at FFnet. I'm fine with using horizontal lines for scene dividers from now on for that site...but seriously, did they have to remove the existing dashes and whatnot from old fics? It's a disaster. Some of my fics aren't readable at all without scene dividers. I went through some and gave up on the rest. It's too much to fix. I was going to start reading someone's fic, but since their scene dividers disappeared too, I was turned off from reading right away since the jumbled text is a lot harder to get through. *sigh* I could've spent my time doing more productive stuff than fixing formatting problems.

...I barely made the deadline for 30_kisses this time around. Tried to request an extension...but I don't think they granted me one. ^^;; This chapter was really rushed. I don't quite like it. At least, I don't think it's up to par with the previous chapters. But! Junya! :D I love Junya.

I'll probably edit this chapter some more later.

I'm participating in a Japanese speech contest tomorrow. *is more excited then nervous* I'm still trying to memorize my speech. This is going to be so hard! I'm starting to hate what I wrote after repeating it over and over and over...

Not doing NaNoWriMo this year (since I know I'd utterly fail) but instead, I'm going to try to produce the same amount of words (combined) for my fanfics. Hopefully, I can finish a few of my dangling fics this way. I'm already behind schedule. Only 2%?? First update is for my Mekakushi no Kuni fic (Namiki/Kaichou) for the 30_kisses challenge. 'tis quiet romance. Very slow paced.
