I haven't been updating much lately have I...except with tcg stuff. I actually joined another one, Trading Academy, since it has a lot of decks of series that I adore. There's even going to be an Over Drive deck coming out soon! :DDD

Only one episode left of Over Drive. DDD: I wonder if there'll be a second season...Over Drive doesn't seem that popular. I've been meaning to squeal about the series I've been watching, but I guess I'm too lazy to do even that properly...

Mm, and now fic stuff. I haven't written anything in such a long time. I'm going to get dropped for 30_kisses if I don't update Memories of the Future soon. I need to give the latest chapters a makeover first though. I so do not like what I've written, hence why it's been months since I've written them and they still haven't gone up at ffnet.

And gosh, it's the 19th already. The deadline for blind_go is just around the corner. How did that happen? I thought I'd get mine in early for once, and now it seems like I might not even be able to turn in anything...that'd make me sad.

Also, meme. From cynicalism. I know I'm going to fail epically.

blind_go fics are up! There are 83 fics total, with 35 authors, so it's a very good thing that authors had to use the same ID for all their fics! Or else, I'd be second guessing myself a lot. I haven't had the time to read any fics yet...but I'm very, very glad it's short!fic this time around.

I feel oddly naked with my fic. *eyes fic and pokes it*

I do wish I had time to write more than one fic. -_-;; Will stop saying anything more in case I give myself away. X3;

Notes: for blind_go. Akari finds an unfinished game in Hikaru's room, yet Hikaru is nowhere to be found. (not much of a plot, just me trying to write a go game despite not knowing how to play at all)

I included a screencap of the actual game! :DD The ending is slightly longer than the version I submitted. I still don't like it though.

Spent a lot of time going through the fics again and through people's fics archives. I wrote down only 5 guesses (yay, five), but even those I'm very unsure about. It's just getting really confusing, and I've realized that I'm not familiar at all with most of everyone's styles. Even my own. And many people like to try different things across their fics, which makes it even harder. I am giving up for today and trying another day.

I've posted this in my personal lj last year or so, but I still think it's awfully neat, so I'm posting these pics here too.


In conclusion, blind_go has just reminded me how much I love Hikaru no Go.

Anyone who correctly guesses any of my fics (I have more than one) that I submitted to blind_go may request a fic from me (even the next part of whatever chaptered fics of mine). Since I submitted more than one fic and you only need to guess at least one of them right, the odds aren't too bad, I would think!

You get two guesses. Please reply to this post (comments are screened) with the title of the fic that you think is mine. The deadline is Sept. 23, since after that the authors will be revealed. (edit: I'm obviously going back and forth on this. Shoot away. Two guesses. I'm too impatient to wait until the 23rd.)

(Meh. I wonder who got me sick? I slept through the night with a very high fever yesterday. Will go back to bed now, despite it being afternoon. Woe. I can't finish reading the rest of the blind_go entries!)

I just finished writing my entry for remus_reads prompt #29 (posting next Monday at the community). It's over 5,000 words. 0_0;; I've never written such a long oneshot before. It took me all day when I should have been catching up on reading the Iliad, and I still have one more to do. Plus editting. (The deadline for the other one's already passed though...was last Wednesday.) Oh dear. Whatever will I do about blind_go? I suppose, this weekend I'll just have to write and write and write.
