This weekend is translation weekend. I'm making good progress.

Haven't gotten very far with a ficlet called "38th Knight Street" but that should be the next oneshot you see from me. In Fire Emblem news, I'm on Chapter 12 of Birthright (progress is sloow). Feel free to visit my castle, even though there's not much there! o/ (my castle ID: 15780-73247 17307-55671). I think I won't put too much thought into who to pair up. Probably won't deliberately recruit all the kids. Three paths is too many to think about. XD;;

Got Yu Wo's new novel, Dominion's End today! It's Yu Wo's version of the end of the world, with a dimensional hopping, time traveling do-over of sorts for the main character.

Also got 1/2 Prince manhua v16, the last volume! Wow, the end. Cai Hong Zhong says on the inside flap, "I finally finished drawing 1/2 Prince. Yu Wo plurked today that she got herself addicted to blueberries just like Sun. Somehow, the conversation turned to how Ice must be broke because of Grisia's love for blueberries, and Yu Wo answered:
Ice: I planted a field of blueberries in the corner of the Holy Temple.

(Ahhhhh that is such a cute image... Ice, why are you so cute)

Gong Hua V4 comes out on July 15. It's the last volume! At first, Gong Hua was slated for 3 volumes, but Yu Wo couldn't fit everything she wanted in 3 volumes. She thought each of the volumes would turn into 2 volumes, making it 6 volumes in all. I'm really surprised the end volume count is 4. I hope it's not a rushed ending!

These are my most recent ones, Hello Kitty accessories I found in a Chinese plaza. My mom was pretty surprised at actually being present when I found something related to fishbones. (She was like, so they do exist!)

First, I have to squeal over the cute Yagyuu art

ladybahamoth drew me. Eeee, he's so absolutely cute. I made two icons out of them. This one and a surfing one. I also made one of the adorable fishbone girl

rindou_yume drew me. That fishbone girl has fishbones all over her dress, a fishbone hair accessory, fishbones dangling from her ribbons and her hair...she feels a lot like a character out of Shugo Chara!

I finally added some content to my site, fishboned.net which had been collecting dust since I acquired it. I basically have pictures of almost all the fishbone related items I have. Physical items, that is. I'm still missing some since I don't remember where the heck I put everything...but this is the majority of them. IF you ever see any fishbone stuff, do let me know. :3

I'm on summer vacation right now for my multiple subject teaching credential, and all I've been doing is sewing and making stuff. ^^; Next up on my list is AX, which is coming up this week. I hope to see some of you there~

First, I hope everyone had a great Halloween. Mine was...busy and ended somewhat disappointing. I dressed up as a black cat, and this was the pumpkin I carved. Which, unfortunately, got stolen not more than half an hour after I set it outside. ;_;

rawr.

But anyway, the point of this post is about Christmas/Winter cards! I'll be making my own postcards to send out this year and will be sending them out sometime after December 18 (last day of finals) and before January. Comments are screened. Please leave me your address if you want a card! I already have a few people's addresses, but I either don't have anyone else's, or else I've forgotten it. ^^;; Please leave a comment, ne? After talking with

aethrin last weekend, I finally decided to make my own fishbones colorbar (before, it had only been a passing thought). ^_^ I changed my lj background to go along with my fishy theme, since I got tired of looking at my shoddy HNG fanart. It's very plain at the moment...at first I had repeating images, but that really killed my eyes. Way too colorful and way too many dead fish floating around.

miichan00 doodled once to my background. It's so utterly cute.
