My friend code for Pokemon. Add me? :D And because "Lucathia" wouldn't fit for a name (BOO!) I went with a mangled version of it when I started the game. ^^;

I finally have my wi-fi set up!! I immediately went to the trade center in Jubilife and started trading. XD;; Managed to get myself a Chimchar and a Turtwig from trading. Now I'm looking for some Pearl-only pokemon. Glameow and a whole bunch of others, since I don't have any.

Next on my list of to-do is to learn how to breed pokemon! I don't quite get how it works yet. ^^;

Chatot's move Chatter makes it so that you can record your voice as Chatot's sound when it comes out to battle, when it faints, etc. I recorded "Hello" to test it out and laughed sooo much when Chatot fainted and a "Hello" came out. XD; I tried recording "mada mada dane" but it was too long to fit.

I just got my fifth badge. Still a long way to go~

Hi!

I visit your journal from time to time, and I just had to say something when you made this post. I don't know anyone who plays pokemon (other than me sadly), and the new Diamond and Pearl versions don't seem as fun without others.

I have Pokemon Pearl, but I haven't gotten that far yet (still trying to get Cherubi from the sweet honey trees, after you slather honey on a tree you have to wait 12 hours for a pokemon, any longer and you'll have to start over again >_<). After I get some pokemon from the sweet honey trees, I'm moving at full speed towards next gym.

Pokemon breeding isn't difficult. As long as they're in the same egg group, they should be able to produce an egg, even if they don't like each other. XD However if the day care man says that they'd rather play with other pokemon rather than each other, it's probably a no-go. The baby will be the same species as the mother and it might takes some techniques from the father, which is why breeding is handy. Oh yeah, and there's an application that shows you if there's an egg. When it happens you see an egg between your pokemon on the bottom screen. ^^

If you don't mind me asking, how do you set up wi-fi? I've never thought about setting it up, but it sounds fun.

Really? I've only been getting Combees. I like them, but I'm disappointed that they don't learn anything new or evolve unless they're female.

Breeding is great because sometimes the baby can learn moves that it would never learn by leveling up. Some breeders make the most out of TM moves that way. I don't do much breeding because I'm always running off to places. I like exploring you see. ^_^;

I don't have a wireless router, but I did see something in the video game store for the NDS that connects wi-fi. I think I'll buy that the next time I go. Maybe we could add each other when I get it done?
