31_days when I was called as back-up. XD Really cool seeing how people are interpreting the themes. :D (the themes were inspired by the Hyakunin Isshu.) I want to write some myself too, but there's also ![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
no_true_pair happening this month, and I'm quite behind on that (as in, I haven't actually written a single thing). I picked out one theme from each of my lists for the first week to mull over. I don't think I'll be able to finish anything by the end of the week, but I do have a lot of ideas.
♥ Matsuoka Fuyuki has been kidnapped! Is Satou Masaki ready to rush to Matsuoka Fuyuki's rescue? Or is she involved in the abduction? (Kimi to Boku)
I'm somewhat behind on the Kimi to Boku manga (still haven't read v9-11) but I don't think Masaki and Fuyuki have met in the series. I think it would be pretty interesting having them meet, and Masaki would go all out for Shun's sake. This is Shun's little brother after all! She'd try to be all heroic and think that Shun's little brother must be scared out of his wits only to find out that he's a whole lot taller than she is and he is NOTHING like Shun.
♥ Natsuo and Hayasaka can communicate without a word (Oresama Teacher)
Hahahahaha! Weeeeell, they probably think they're communicating and that they understand each other perfectly well, but in reality, I bet they're having two different conversations. I really want to write this. XD All the misunderstandings. I just need a scenario to plop them in.
♥ Tao and Frankenstein, not fully human (Noblesse)
This is the least likely prompt I'd write out of these that I've listed because my idea is not quite... a story? I haven't been able to flesh it out. Neither Tao nor Frankenstein are "fully human" but that would be the obvious way of addressing this prompt. I've just been wondering about Tao and what it'd mean if he started... melding... with electronics. Perhaps because of some kind of accident. All that comes to mind so far is Tao trolling Tumblr though. XDD;;; ...hm, okay, so Tao gets stuck in the interwebs. Now only Ikhan can save him. XDDD IDEK.
♥ Adair and Judgment: aphrodisiacs/pollen/aliens made them do it (Legend of Sun Knight)
*face palms*I just really like Adair okay, and these two in such a scenario just has me laughing my head off I think I could write a cuddling fic out of this, hahahahahahaha. Everyone in the Holy Temple will be absolutely appalled when they come across the scene (if they do, that is). Sun's reaction will be particularly interesting. After everything's over, everyone holds to the rule of "Never talk about the time when the Judgment Knight..." but of course, everyone secretly talks about it. Just not in the open.
♥ Saotome Roman and Kibitsu Momoka, not fully human (SKET Dance)
I can easily use Chuu-san's medicines as an explanation for any weird things that happen. XD; In which Roman turns into an actual manga character! Or her manga skills level up so much that everyone becomes manga-fied and only Momoka can save the day.
♥ Tsubaki Sasuke has been kidnapped! Is Katou Kiri ready to rush to Tsubaki Sasuke's rescue? Or is he involved in the abduction? (SKET Dance)
Kiri ends up having to work with Bossun to save Tsubaki! \o\ I haven't been able to flesh out the idea more than this. :3;;
♥ Kaitou Kid and Niwa Daisuke with the title "Riding the Storm" (Magic Kaito x DNAngel)
Weeeell, both of them are teenagers. It would be interesting to have them meet and to see what they think of each other's thieving skills. XD So Daisuke's class has a field trip to Kaito's town and just so happens to be around during a heist. Dark gets interested so they go and investigate. Kaitou Kid comes across Daisuke, they get shot at by people who are chasing Kid, so Kid dives to save Daisuke, only for wings to burst out of Daisuke... XDDD
None of the Bakuman prompts for the week pinged me, sadly. ):
The 8th manhua bundle of Legend of Sun Knight has finally been announced! \o\ This was supposed to be released in August during CWT (a doujinshi convention in Taiwan), but it was pulled at the last minute, something about how the publisher wants to try selling it online instead. I wonder why they decided to do that? Maybe because of demand? They can probably sell more online... At least it's easier for me to order through Kingstone than going through an agent to buy stuff from CWT, so I guess this is a good thing for me. Unless it turns out that they won't ship this oversees (which I'm beginning to think might be the case).
This titles of the chapters in this part of the manhua are the following:
♥ Don't forget to eat breakfast.
♥ Never be the cause of embarrassment, especially in front of your teacher.
♥ Do not hand the Death Knight over to the lich.
Looks like it'll still be covering the beginning of volume 2 of the novels (though I can't recall what the third chapter title is referring to). The side story included with the bundle is about the Moon Knight and is titled "Haughtiness". :DDD The bundle comes with an envelop. I think that's Ice on it? :3

Me: I thought this was all about Vival. XDDD But it sounds like Lesus will be a huge part of the story? Also, the title can be translated in many different ways. Pride, Arrogance, Haughtiness... I'm thinking "Pride" probably fits the best if the comparison is with Lesus. (and that it's a "good" quality). I won't be able to tell until I have the actual story though. :3

Page 1 features Adair thinking about how he wanted to join the Sun Knight Platoon because of how he looked up to Neo Sun.
Page 2 features the Pope telling Sun about Hell Knight. The Pope sure is young looking.
Page 3 features "Hell" Knight talking about how he grew up along with the princess. And how, in comparison, he doesn't know any of the Twelve Holy Knights... (awwww)

Summary of Haughtiness
Vival has always raised his chin in pride.
However, it's as if this pride doesn't exist before Lesus.
Even if the future Judgment Knight doesn't raise his chin, and the expression on his face is always locked in a frown...
No one can have more to be proud of than him.
Grisia is the only one capable of ever disobeying Lesus.

Third chapter sounds to be about suffering through Pink's whims... lol
Side story sounds really interesting too... sounds a bit like watching Lesus through Moon's or something

The color scheme looks like Ice to me. The picture is really small though, so I'm not entirely sure, and chibi Ice has already been drawn before for these bundles. I was hoping for someone different!
Haha, it would be interesting if we're seeing Lesus through Moon's POV. :D It'll be nice just to see the cruel faction interact. We've seen a lot of Grisia's faction already. Though it sounds like, with that last line, that Grisia will probably be involved again.
