Nineteen, Twenty-One
This manhwa is so inspiring with a dash of wistfulness. I love the art a lot too. It's now been fully translated. I highly recommend it. It's about a girl (age 21) who has lost 2 years because of a traffic accident and a boy (age 19) who she meets. Both wonder what being an adult actually means. Kitties are involved. Responsibility, reaching out, finding meaning...

I also like Speak Through Colors a lot, another Manhwa drawn by Jenna and written by Yohann. It's another inspiring series about figuring out what you want to do with your life.

Good Morning Call
Manga-wise, I reread Good Morning Call by Takasuka Yue recently because I saw the sequel, Good Morning Kiss being sold at my bookstore and thought, whoa, a sequel to that series that I remember reading years and years ago? Good Morning Call was released from 1997 to 2002. I remember collecting it when I was younger. It wasn't one of my top favorites back then, but now I find it a lot more charming. My tastes have sure changed. :3 I like how simple their relationship is and how the series was more about what happened after getting together. The sequel shows even more of that.
