31days_exchange, 31_days masterlist. I suppose this is a comedy. :D (Strange ending is strange) This is set between volume 9 and 10. The scanlations are almost there. A few more chapters to go. Banchou = leader of the school.
( Hayasaka was quite oblivious most of the time (even he knew that), but he couldn't shake the feeling that there was something strange going on with Natsuo, the current banchou, and Okegawa, the former banchou. )
