Haha, yeah, I remember Goku running too! He also died a lot...xD Yup, DBZ was dubbed in German. Pretty much everything that runs on German TV is dubbed in German, too. There's only one channel I can think of right now that showed undubbed anime form time to time. Once they aired "Silent Möbius" with German subtitles, I think that was the first time I ever heard Japanese xD

I always look horrible on photos >_< I'm looking forward to seeing photos of your cosplay though :3 I'm really curious now XD

The anime that shows on TV are all dubbed here too. There's a channel that does show anime with subs, but I don't get that channel where I live. ): I wanted that channel a lot though because they were showing Hikaru no Go at one point. I've watched it already, but I kind of wanted to watch it on TV too. Did you watch Silent Möbius when it was airing? :3 I haven't watched that show. Hehe, how was your first time hearing Japanese? I didn't understand much Japanese before, but I remember that it still sounded a lot more natural than the dub!

I look terrible in photos too. ^^;; I hope my photos turned out okay. =P I'm going to resize and edit them today. I'll post them soon. XD

I know what you mean, it's something different to watch it on TV somehow xD I don't know why, but it is! I watched Silent Möbius, but I don't remember much of it anymore |D The Japanese was AWESOME! Especially this one scene where the male main character seems dead and the female main character goes "IYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" because it sounded so much like she was screaming the German word for "Yes" 8D

I'll look at them then! 8D

Yeah, it's a DS lite :D I've only bought Pokémon Diamond so far, because I wanted a game I know could keep me occupied for a while (while I save up money to blow on more games) xD

Ahahahaha. XDDD He's dead! YEEEEEEEEEESSS! Now I'm getting a really funny image from what you told me about Silent Möbius. Watching anime on the computer, on the TV, and on the big screen all feels different, doesn't it? XD

Oo, Pokemon Diamond. That'll certainly keep you occupied for a long time. I played over 80 hours of that game planting berries and doing other stuff. ^^;; I still haven't finished exploring all the extras after beating the main part of the game. Want to exchange friend codes for the game? XD

Haha, why yes, that's a justice07 in my trade pile. I spent a lot of time yesterday updating all of my card posts, I couldn't keep track of what I got anymore. XD

Wow 80 hours is a lot of time! Especially if you didn't even do all the sidequests! I've just discovered the competitions (you know, the ones where you have to dress your pokemon up, then dance, then show your moves %) ). I would exchange friends codes, but right now I don't even know how to get my own one? XD *newbie*

I don't know how I ended up playing so many hours without even finishing exploring the place. XD I spent a lot of time planting berries and I did the competitions too (but I didn't get far with them!). I don't remember where to find the friend code...it might be before you enter the game...or maybe at the pokemon center? Ah, I need to look up my friend code again since I changed DS's! I almost forgot about that. :'D

I liked planting berries a lot in pokemon sapphire already, but back then I could never remember where I planted them %D I like that new tool you get in the new games :D

This kind of reminds me of a friend who I lend FFIX out to. He took forever to get past the first CD because he got caught up playing the card game sidequest >_>

I reacquired my friend code! Looks like you need to get to Oreburgh City before you can get your friend code. After you get your Pal Pad from the pokemon center there, you just need to open it up to check to see what your code is and to register friends.

The last pokemon game I played before Diamond was Yellow. I don't think they had berries in that game. X3;; Haha, even though I planted so many berries, I still didn't get enough to trade in for stuff.

I got reminded of my cousin too. ^^;; He spent tons of time on the card game for FFVIII. Games are successful when the minigames draw us in. XDD

Now if only I knew where Oreburgh was...XD or rather, what it's called in the German version. There's a meeting of local anime/manga fans once a month in a city near here, I think I'll ask around there this month. I remember a few people there having the game too x3

Haha, Yellow...a real classic! XD I had Red, Blue, Yellow (sold Yellow to get) Gold, (sold Gold to get) Crystal, Sapphire aaaand the trading card game for gameboy color. I was a real addict when I was younger...I don't have Sapphire anymore because I turned out to be a fake and the battery inside the game died (bought if off ebay %D ).

They didn't have berries in Yellow :3. I didn't like Yellow all that much because my favorite Pokemon is Raichu and in Yellow you couldn't evolve your Pikachu into a Raichu (I shortly transfered it to my Red Editon and did it anyway >:D )

...I also own Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2 and Pokemon Snap for the N64...XD

And to reply to your other comments here ('cause I'm lazy)...I wish I could check my grades online too! XD That sounds so...modern 8D My teachers had to submit their grades today and it's still a week and a half to go until we get our report cards. %D

and, wtf, you can't change your avatar on Gaia for free anymore? They let you change it around all the time back when I signed up :( The site's gotten a lot more commercial, too, with all the real life merchandise they're selling now D8 I also know a lot of people who donate real life money to the site in order to get the "monthly collector's item". When I was active on Gaia it only had the forums and a world map to access the various item shops XD Now it's got fishing and other games and stuff |D

I'm just glad that different versions seem to be able to connect with each other still. At least...I was able to exchange pokemon with Japanese users, so the German version is probably fine too...? A local anime/manga fan meeting sounds really cool. <3

I had Red and Yellow. My brother had Blue so we exchanged pokemon with each other. XD; I was played Red really badly so my pokemon were all under-leveled. I ended up transferring my team from Yellow to Red, and then I was finally able to clear Red. :'D You sure had a lot of pokemon games! What the...a fake game?? I didn't know games have batteries inside them...?

Did you transfer your Raichu back to Yellow after evolving it? What happens to the Pikachu that follows you around? ^^;

I had Pokemon Stadium and Pokemon Snap. Pokemon Snap was a lot of fun. :D

Checking grades online makes me a little impulsive. XD;; Professors usually submit their grades at different times depending on how soon they finish grading, so I keep going back to see if a new grade of mine came out yet.

I have no idea. I don't think it's free? Or maybe it's just certain styles? I was browsing through the shops and saw a curly hairstyle that would fit an anime character I like. It was really expensive. :'D I saw the fishing part! It's a little bizarre. XDD There's so much stuff on Gaia now. I think you can even interact with people in a town? I don't know where to start. XDD

Yah, I think there are no restrictions between different language versions. The meetings are fun, if it weren't for them, I wouldn't no any other anime/manga fans in my region at all xD

When I first played Red I leveled only my starter pokemon XD I still cleared the game somehow, though...Took me forever to beat the Elite 4. I don't know too much about the inside of those games either. The fake game was still playable but I couldn't save the game anymore. I don't remember how I got the suspicion that it might be fake anymore, but when I researched it I found this image online of how the inside of any Nintendo GBA game should look like and then I unscrewed the game cartridge and it looked totally different. The battery was "made in Korea" and apparently too weak and since games are saved to battery...xD If I hadn't unscrewed the game I'd never have known though, the rest was all done very professionally even down to the game manual and everything.

Haha, my English teacher once send us our grades for the latest exam via email over the christmas hollidays. I checked my mails everyday D8

Back when I played the beginner hairstyles were free, but there were some special ones you had to buy at the hairdresser's. Once I wanted to get a new haircut and it didn't work right! I ended up paying 2600 gold for going bald! T_T I never tried Gaia Towns xD I left before that. There's lots of idiots in the Gaia Online forums community, it's the only place I've ever been harassed for being German o_O

I think nowadays you get a small selection of clothes when you sign up, so not even the newbies look as poor as your character anymore XDD I'd give you some of the clothes I don't wear anymore, but I think you'd have to head to the bank first and purchase a ticket that lets you accept trades

Haha, yeah, the only strong pokemon I had in Red was my Bulbasaur. Wow, I would have never suspected that the game was fake if the game manual and everything else looked authentic. What bad luck for you to end up buying a fake game. ): Wow, the insides look pretty different!

Animexx, that online community I've mentioned before, you can organize events and meetings and stuff there and search for members from your area. It's very useful.

If they didn't change that part then you should be able to delete and recreate your avatar complete with hair. I think you can choose to delete your avatar on the same site that you dress it up. That shouldn't cost anything (and you could change the eyes, too! )

Yes, they were idiots. My friends and I had a German thread going in the chatterbox and occasionally random people would jump in and insult us totally out of the blue o_O

It used to be 500 gold for the ticket that lets you accept trades (and you have to purchase one for 1000 gold to actually offer trades x_X )

Okay, I've logged on and purchased that trading pass. I had no idea I even needed one! The beginning hairstyles cost around 25 gold...I haven't found where to change my eyes yet.

You can redo your avatar, but you have to delete it first. Deleting it doesn't make you lose any money or items. You go to "my gaia" and then "avatar". There's a red button that says "delete avatar" on the left hand side below the image of your character. I've done it several times before, the only thing it doesn't let you change is the gender.

You know, I was wondering all this time why my character looked kind of strange (especially when you see her eyes under the sunglasses and I think I used to have a more yellow-ish skin) and why I couldn't change mouth position or anything. I thought the site didn't work right or something...now I realize that my character is still ZOMBIFIED o_o

...I never changed her back after a halloween event last year (or even 2006). I don't remember how to...or if I should do it at all xDD

Yah, it's been a really long time. I totally forgot all about that event. I can change clothes and stuff, just not my facial expression...I'm not sure if I could change my stance.

Whoa, inflation! They look really cute though (no wonder the price went up), so I think I'll keep them. I like foxes. :3 If I ever started a second character on Trickster, I'd go with the fox~

Aw, your poor zombie character. How do you get out of that state? It feels kind of weird knowing that your character can't move, but it's kind of cool too that your character is zombiefied...

That sucks that you hit the character limit already! I wonder if I'm near the character limit too...if I do hit the limit, I'll condense my stamps first. Splitting is too much work to keep up with. ):

I won the fox ears from a random event. Back in 2004, gift boxes sometimes appeared on screen for you...or pink links that gave you 1000 gold when you clicked on them. I don't think they have those anymore and I don't think there's any other way to get the fox ears and tail (except for buying from other players) so I guess that may be part of why the price went up so much xD

I think when the event was going on there was some kind of potion you could drink to turn back into a human, but I don't have that now. XD I guess deleting my character would work, since I don't have a special hair style or anything anyway. I don't see any other zombified characters on Gaia anymore, so it does make me feel kind of special, though <3 In a weird kind of way.

I don't like it either. Maybe I can put it all into one post again when I've mastered some more decks, but I don't feel like sending all my stamps on mass suicide right now xD

That daily chance thing is actually kind of new. (kind of meaning like one or two years old already, but still new compared to the gift boxes xD ). I've got some stuff in my inventory that's become really rare by now, like my demonic pitchfork goes for around 500k at the market place at the moment. I bought it for 17k I think x_x .

I remember when I thought you'd cut back on your collecting decks...and then I scrolled down to discover your FAAAAR future decks section XDDD

Right, I can see how something like the daily chance could be addictive xD. I think 500k's a bit much, too. I only ever really got a lot of gold on Gaia when there was some kind of event and even then I never managed to get /that/ much. I know some people are selling art and stuff for gaia gold. I guess enabling users to get gaia gold by investing real life money really threw things off balance, too.

I'm finally on vacation now, so I'm going to tackle some more animes now~ I've been wondering how you're watching Bokurano? Did you download it or do you watch online? Because the only online episodes I've found so far are on some strange website that somehow makes my computer crash from time to time ò.o
