Happy holidays, everyone! It's currently Christmas Eve for me. XD I was out shopping until 1 AM yesterday! The lines were crazy even past midnight. Those poor employees...

I'm currently spazzing over the new decks released for anime_lj_tcg. There weren't many decks of characters I absolutely adore before...but now? TOO MANY.

Look! Hikaru no Go decks! Kaitou Kid!! New Death Note decks including Mello, Near, AND Mikami Teru. Oh gods. Hanatarou and tons of other Bleach decks, including Aizen, Hitsugaya, Hinamori. Phoenix Wright decks!! Reborn decks look cool too. *____* Tao Ren! Loki! Kanou from Oofuri!! AMATERASU! GINTAMA DECKS!! An Emma deck!! Killua! Hiruma!! LINK. Hiwatari Satoshi! *___* I'm getting a lot of my megane fix. XD And there are now beautiful tarot decks too.

...I really don't know how to decide what to collect anymore. XDD My card post. I'm collecting 1412 as my top priority now since I asked for it for my Christmas deck and all. Much thanks to the mod! F-list, if any of you are into TCGs, I hope this is enticing enough for you to join. XD

Also, I sent out all of the overseas holiday cards on Saturday (and some USA ones too, but not all) so except them sometime in the future! I need to get to working on the rest...

I would totally join except I don't participate in icon challenges. D: I'D GET NO CARDS! And the um, 4 TCGs I'm in are already eating up too much of my time. Even though I'm only really active in 2.

tcg_exchange does have awesome decks though. *dies* I am resisting the urge to join.

BUT IT'S LIKE, VOTING TOO. YOU CAN VOTE AND GET CARDS. AND THERE ARE EVENTS AND STUFF. IDK. IT'S NOT THAT BAD. YOU CAN TOTALLY JUST CROP SOMETHING AND SUBMIT IT. D: IT'LL BE FUN.

It has way prettier decks than anime_lj_tcg. XD That's why I can't join it. tcg_exchange has ruined all other TCGs for me.

tcg_exchange is an awesome idea for people who are already in icon challenges (like an extra bonus!). I looked over it a lot but it still confuses me a bit, how it works.

anime_lj_tcg has prettier decks than a lot of other TCGs already. You're spoiled. =P

Yeah, I used to be in a ton of them, but then they all dwindled away.. and now I'm back into them (for the cards though, of course). XD; You get the hang of it really quick~

I'm in four right now, but two are almost inactive. Were you in Trading Academy before? I'm loving it for how active it is right now. The cards took a bit to get used to though.

XD That's how I felt too. And then I was like, WELL they're on sale so I might as well get one seeing as how I'm going to rename SOMETIME in the future. It's an investment 8D

The cards look so sparkly! If I knew how to play I would but I think I wouldn't have time to devote to it. ^^;

It's pretty easy to get into, and highly addictive unfortunately. XD The basics are that you get random cards from playing games, gathering all 20 cards of a certain deck, acquiring a certain # of cards, etc. Since you'll get lots of cards you're not collecting, you then trade with other players for the cards you want. :3

It does take a lot of time though. When I don't have as much time...I play passively and just wait for people to trade with me. XD

I'm finding that I really like collecting these cards. Makes me want to collect actual cards now, though I don't have the money or space for that. XDDD I guess this is a good compromise. Pixel cards! XDD

It sounds really awesome, collecting things like that. ^o^ You don't have to waste money or space that way, and you're still able to get cool stuff. *hee* You seem to have a lot already! How long have you been playing?

It's addicting. ^^ Mm, I've been playing since August. Wow, it's already been almost four months! XDD It's something fun to do on the side. Met lots of new people too. :)
