I cosplayed Miranda from DGM again on Sunday. My group didn't manage to get together until after the masquerade (which, by the way, was run very nicely this year. I just didn't like how rowdy the audience got. And I kept sneezing too...got sick about then. Ouran skit was priceless.) I don't have any pics of me with my entire DGM group actually, but I do have some silly pics of some of us. XD;



We were bored and decided to parade around the convention (and getting our pics taken by other people. Somehow, we wandered outside and this was what happened:

Of course, we all had to give the keyblades a try.

I met a Rabi with the cutest hammer ever. I took a picture with it too, though not on my camera. ):




I did get a picture with another Rabi hammer later in the day. It was a much bigger one though, the one from the Rabi in my group.



I somehow ended up in a big group pic with other DGM cosplayers that wasn't my own DGM group. X3; It was right after the Shounen Jump gathering, so all of them were still about.

Me and revenus. :D Good thing you had white hair again this year. Easily recognizable that way. I have only read one volume of Reborn. It's obviously too little. X3;



I'm not sure what that is pokemon?, but I wanted to hug it.



I missed the "How to make footwear" panel on Sunday that I wanted to go to. ): My hair took forever (couldn't find my curling iron) and I couldn't find my white, sleeveless turtleneck...so changing into Miranda was quite a chore. I wanted to go because I need to learn how to make boots for my Eureka cosplay!

XD The skit was funny. And yeah, I agree with a noise levels - though I had to just laugh at the screaming/squeeing at the Hikaru and Kouru bits.

And just general squeeage for all of it. X3 Since I'm replaying KH1 at the moment as well.

Well, crowd cheers during the skit were okay. XD;; But in the intervals, there was this guy who kept yelling "Four!" I guess it was supposed to be humorous...but after he kept doing that for almost the entire masquerade, it was kind of annoying.

Hee, I loved the Ouran skit because it really felt Ouran-ish to me. And the way Renge came out was much love. ♥ I had no idea she was on stage.

One Piece, the group that won Best of Show. Good coordination and all that.

Angelic Layer by iPlay. I thought it was pretty humorous. Pretty costumes too.

I think my left eye isn't all the way in the middle when I try to go cross-eyed. I don't know why.

Hehe, the keyblades were so cool. I want one for myself! (Double keyblades makes for good pictures. Hehe)

I don't think I can go cross-eyed anymore. My left eye is supremely lazy and just doesn't do anything that I want it to. XD;;

This site has all the videos if you missed any from going through the side. XD; Maybe one year I'll get enough courage to go up onstage. Most likely not though.

Putting a finger in front of my face and staring at it to go cross-eyed doesn't work for me well. I think I see more with my right eye...maybe that's why. I don't really know though. ^^;

Huh, your left eye too? Does your right eye go to the middle then?

All of you make me want to watch DGM. The costumes are so pretty and professional. ♥ And heck, I like seeing your hair down. XD As opposed to under a cap or under a wig. X333333 *squish*

DGM outfits are very flashy with all that black and white! XD;; I didn't have dinner that day, so we went to Denny's around midnight after the masquerade. It was a Denny's closer to home rather than the convention center. I didn't bring a change of clothes, so I went to Denny's wearing that. I was very wary of the huge white cross on my back. ^^; (we got a lot of stares from people!)

Hee, it's much more comfortable not having to hide my hair. Though trying to curl it is quite a hassle too. And even after all that work, it still doesn't look very wavy!

I have the first two volumes of Reborn, and and then a random fifth volume. I need to find scans to fill in those gaps.

You could check out the anime too. It's pretty amusing and not that far off from the manga unlike the D.Gray-man anime.

I'm playing Pokemon Diamond, so I'm getting to know some of the new pokemon. XD;; There's too many!

Not a lot of the episodes for Reborn have been subbed yet, have they?

I've only watched one episode of the DGM anime, though I've heard that the fillers are silly. X3;

I have Pearl~ X) But these new Pokemon are just less appealing to me than the old ones. ^^;

I think the latest was 14 or 15, and 34 raw was released yesterday so... they're like 20 episodes behind. XD;

I was kinda mad they inserted fillers so early into the story, and it turned me away from the anime. Although... Kanda gets more action in it. XD;

Yeah, it's a little longer and doesn't have bangs. Ugh, wigs are too expensive. Dx

I'm trying to get some of the pokemon from my old team in Pokemon Red back together, but I think most of them aren't in this game. ): But yay, you have Pearl! We should trade or battle sometime. :D

Hm, well, 14 or so is good amount of episodes to get me started. X3;

The first episode of DGM followed the manga really well. I thought it was going to continue like that!

For the Miranda outfit, my friend's mom made most of it. I only did the little parts...like some of the lining, the belt part, the gloves, and the accessories.

My Rikkai jacket was the first thing I've made entirely from scratch. X3; It was...sort of a spur of the moment thing after watching my friend's mom make such a pretty outfit. I wanted to try myself. XD;
