poll: conventions and cosplay

Toying around with polls since I've never done one before. X3 This year, I've registered for Fanime and Anime Expo, just like last year. I debated about it, but ended up registering anyway! So far, I'm cosplaying Miranda just like last year, either Kirihara or Marui, and also a third cosplay. I thought about either cosplaying Maya from Phoenix Wright or Tokiko from Busou Renkin since her weapon's pretty cool, but I might end up cosplaying Eureka because gem2niki and I just finished marathoning the anime over break. <3 I'm so not pale enough though. And gah, I'd need purple contacts! And a wig too, though my hairstyle's about right...I don't have hair that color.

Yay! Yeah, I finally decided that I'll go to AX again. Last time I got sick and wasn't able to enjoy the convention much, but this time...I'll be better prepared!!

I'll be there all four days too! My friend's going to be at her art table this year though...so I'll probably be wandering around the convention alone a lot. D=

I always wander around the convention alone. XD mostly on the look out for cosplayers and InuKai DJs. >.>;;

I hope to visit and spend more time at the Artist Alley this year! I haven't been able to.

I feel so lonely when I'm wandering around the convention alone! But it's true that I take a lot more pictures when I'm wandering alone. XD;;

The artist alley's always so crowded (squeezed off to the corner!) but they have such alluring drawings...I spent quite a bit of time there last year since my friend went there to find all of her artist friends. :3

I just don't like holding up people or people holding up me when I'm in the exhibition hall. XD;;

It is! And I'm always so nervous touching other people's works of art. *o* They're all so pretty.

Yep. Its one of those really complex costumes, and since I can't sew, its gonna cost a shitload to get it made >.>

Aww. My sewing is so-so. I've been able to make my costumes mostly (or have my friend's mom help)...even though they don't always turn that great. I always use cheap material though.

One day, I really want to try my hand at a complicated costume...but well, there really isn't enough time for that...

I do hope you'll be able to do your dream cosplay someday. :)

I have so little sewing talent, I doubt I'll ever get past basic add-ons ^^;;
