Does anyone have rajipuri 148 and up?

Mm, I'm registering for Fanime...a bit late this time around. Usually my friend takes care of all of it and does a group registration right after Fanime, but this time she went off and registered on her own!! So no group reg...and I've been wavering about going or not. After all, the price was around $30 before, and now it's $50. -_-;;

Anime Expo STILL doesn't have the registration stuff up. But the hotel stuff's out. But I have no idea which hotel's better. Must make sure that everyone's still going. Do the hotels fill up really quickly? I hope not!! D=

Did ranier talk to you about Con already, Res? Because it was mentioned between us earlier.

If there's even an inkling that you want to go, you should. The fees will increase as time passes by. You don't want to pay the fee when it jumps another twenty, do you?

Yup, I asked her if she wanted to go. Before she said she still wasn't sure about her plans this year, but now she's pretty sure she can go. AnimeDestiny wasn't much of a convention since it was more like a club gathering. I hope this year's Fanime is much better organized. At least the dealer's room is always impressive.

I'm going for sure. I was going to break tradition (since I've been going for the past 5 years) but in the end, I found it hard to just not go. First, it was me regretting not having signed up earlier, and then it was me thinking that maybe I was going to be out of the country come May. And, I was going to skip it for Anime Expo...since certainly one convention per year is enough...but nah. Fanime!! <3 I must support the local con!!

Anime Expo!! I've never ever gone before. I had summer school last year, and then before that, it was tennis practice. But this year, I have no obligations. <3 Are you going?! Go!! Do you live in CA?

I do live in CA. ^_^ I have gone to AX for the past... 3 years? *doesn't remember anymore* I am looking forward to this one. I am... TRYING to gather enough stuff for an Inui cosplay. Luckily I have my parents to help. O.O They don't know him at all but I have pics printed out so they're keeping an eye out on his clothing as we're walking through the mall.

This outfit is what I'm aiming for so I don't have to cut my hair. XD

I already have his glasses, notebook, and possibly his pants as well. I can probably find the cap buried away somewhere.

Ooo...Inui cosplay!! XD;; I didn't remember ever seeing him wearing that outfit though. If you hadn't shown me, I'd have thought you were a fangirl going incognito. <3

I guess you live close to AX? I've only been going to Fanime since it's close. :3 Los Angeles is quite a few hours drive away (and I don't drive!! nor do I recognize the roads!!). But yay, someone else lives in CA~! :D

I don't think I'll attract too many people (hopefully) since it's a rather obscure one that he wore for a couple of minutes while spying on Ginka. I don't like being photographed but I do want to cosplay. XD;;

I do. It took about 45 minutes to get to Anaheim. I don't drive either but I tag along with my friend who's always going to AX.

And holy crap they're late this year. Usually they have it up by November or December. >.o *hopes nothing is wrong*

Is this the first time they're doing only online registration? If they usually have it up by Nov/Dec...then yeah...Feb is LATE!! D=

Aw, you don't like being photographed? I don't think I'm made for photos either, but it feels so nice when people recognize me and comment on the costume. And cosplaying is fun, though it takes a lot of work. <3 I better make sure that my costume is more comfortable this year.

Hehe, Ginka. So, so long ago. And dang, he only appeared on screen in that outfit for such a short time. But, obscure costumes are much love too. <3

They usually have normal pre-registration and online pre-registration. I usually print out the form and mail it in with the money. Even if you register early they still take forever to mail back confirmation and stuff. >.o

I never really did a real cosplay before. But I would like to try this year. ^_^ At least I have the cap and Inui's glasses to hide me. XD

I just loved that outfit. I don't know why. At least I'm not picking something out of the bowling episode or the billiards episode. ^_^;;

The shirt he's wearing in your icon's pretty nice too. :DD None of the POT boys are possible for me since I don't feel like cutting my hair THAT short. Not even Gakuto or Taki. (Thinking of those two names together, I actually typed 'Takuto' before realizing it!!)

Cosplay is really fun~! The effort's worth it. I feel accomplished afterwards. :3 I wish I actually knew how to make clothes. The most I can do is modify and sew on designs on an already made shirt. I'm horrible at measuring cloth.

I think cosplaying as Inui will be fun. You get to smile maniacally if you ever feel like it. :DD Cosplaying as...say Tezuka, would be horrible because you don't get to smile!!

I would deal with short hair but not that short. XD I don't feel like dying my hair red either... although it might look cool. *o*

I would ask my mom to do it when she has time and we... ran out of time. XD

It's more like the glasses Araki wears. But they're sunglasses so I need to somehow get the lenses off.

I can carry my Inui plushie around. XDDD And yes, just spouting out random data (that are made up). >.>

I've decided that I'll cosplay as Miranda from D.Grayman. My friend gem2niki cosplayed as Allen, and her sisters cosplayed as Kanda and Ro..something...the bad guy. ._. And another friend went as Linali. I ♥ group cosplays (so much that I finally started reading DGM this week.)

Yup, yup, yup! Just now I got my confirmation e-mail from Fanime.com. After I close my browser twice and tried again it worked fine. :D

Ehehe, g2n came over one day and started drawing the designs for the outfit and showing me pics of Miranda. It'll be fun~ since we've already decided when we were going to work on the costume together. Stupid spring break. Don't know why it's at different times though. :X

Of course they wouldn't mind. The more people the better. :DD And we'll be walking together most of the time (you and me), so it'd be awesome if you cosplayed as someone from D.Grayman as well. g2n's going to be mostly at her art table. D= (I have pics from last year here. I think you've seen them already though.)

I'm trying to think of who. We don't have a Rabi!! :3 Rabi!! Rabi!! Or...Komui. Or...the millenium earl, though he's too hard to cosplay. Or someone easier would probably be Roufa, though she's only just appeared.

Um...anyone else you think you can manage? I don't quite remember how everyone's outfit look like at the moment. But Rabi~

Umm, Rabi's costume looks hard. I've never done this before and I cannot sew to save my life. XD I was thinking maybe Rhode or Crow-chan (since their clothes can be bought and altered somehow...)

Ah, is her name Rhode? It was romanized as Rodo in the scanlations I read. g2n's sister dressed up as her last time, but I'm not sure if she's going to dress up again this year. I didn't even know last year that she was cosplaying as someone from D.Grayman, because her outfit wasn't like Allen, Kanda, and Rinali's. But Rhode's outfit is really cute. <3

Crowley. ♥ He's so funny. XD;; You'd need vampire teeth~!

Komui!! Cosplaying as Komui would be very cool too. You needn't worry about glasses then either. :3 I think his coat is slightly easier than the other outfits. He looks cool in this!! But I can't find many good shots of him. I wish we could get all the people in this pic together. I'm still fangirling over Rabi right now. I think I like his outfit the best.

But for Komui, I think you could find something like a lab coat and alter it! We already have the design for the cross thing, so that part wouldn't be hard. <3

Wah, Miranda's outfit is kind of hard too. I wish I could make it so I could slid the disc/clock thing down my arm as if I were really using it. XD;;

Aaargh, I can't make my decision! They all seem plausible at this point. If it's Komui, then I'll need a white lab coat, a white shirt, a pair of white pants, a white beret, a bunny mug, a pair of slippers, and lots of hair gel. The trinkets must be added later.

For Crowley, all I need is a black cape, a pair of black form-fitting pants, vampire teeth, hair gel, a white frilly shirt, and boots!

For Rhode... a black ribbon, a white frilly shirt, stripe-stockings, an umbrella, a black pleat skirt, hair gel, and some make-up.

Do you see my dilemma here, Fishy? Why are they all so damn attractive?!

Komui Komui Komui!! I think he's more identifiable then the other two. With Crowley, you'll be mistakened for a normal vampire (teehee) and with Rhode...well...I didn't recognize her when g2n's sister was cosplaying as her. ._. But, she did look very gothic and cute in the outfit, and I was wondering why she was wearing black and had makeup like that. XD;;

If you want, we could have a costume making session. :DD If you bought a white lab coat, I think I could help you modify it. <3

My Spring break = costume making. :DDD And I have one week between the end of the semester and before Fanime starts for last minute touchups. <3

Dang, $30 is expensive!! Especially since you're going to be altering it, making it useless as a lab coat. unless ppl actually wear lab coats with crosses all over it XD;;

I think I'm going to start on the pants for my costume first...since it's easier than the jacket. I should look for either white or black pants and then get the fabric for the other color.

Spring Break is the last week of March. <3 I'll be in SJ mostly. Hm, I don't have a sewing machine @ my apartment in Berkeley (who'd bring a sewing machine to university with them? Oh, wait, I think some of my high school friends did XD;; ), so I could either drop by your place or you could come over to SJ? For like...the entire day. So we can make the most out of it. ^_^

I've been looking for white lab coat and they range between 15-30 bucks. But it's still not the best fit for Komui's fabulous coat. Trench coat may be better... but they're so frickin' expensive!

I don't have a sewing machine ^^;; So I can go to your place and work on the costumes!

I did a google search on lab coats and came up with this, so it does seem possible to get a lab coat that isn't too expensive. but online things suck because shipping's expensive, so it all cancels out Where does one find lab coats for sale normally? I agree, a trench coat is probably better. But it'd be too expensive...and hot. It's May after all~

I'm looking at Komui's coat. It's suuuper long. Do lab coats reach that far?
