Write-up and pics~. I was in LA from July 1 to July 5 for Anime Expo.
Also, some pics of the hotel for you,
100thangel~.
I had planned to set out at 10 AM. But uh, I was still working on my Sun cosplay. I worked on it all through the night without a wink of sleep, and there was even a 2~3 hour blackout during the night!!! (Why???) I put on a headlamp and continued sewing in the dark, ahahaha. By the time morning rolled about, I had only just started on the jacket and was ready to call it quits, but I was so close! So, I powered through. My dad helped me sew a lot of it. I began styling the wig but somehow lost the hair tie right after I took it off. T___T; It doesn't make sense... I had it in my hands! But then, I couldn't find it anymore. (I think I really needed sleep...)
I sewed on the last bits I could on the sewing machine, and then my brother and I finally set out at 4 PM after I stuffed the rest of my stuff in a box to continue hand sewing in the hotel room. :'D I tried to sleep during the car ride, but it was difficult. There was also construction going on, so we were stuck in traffic for quite some time.
We reached our hotel fairly late.
gem2niki had been the only one there for the longest time because she and our other roommate somehow ended on different flights, and then our roommate's flight got canceled... (what, what's going on??)
We stayed in the Sheraton again. It's still under construction this year, even worse than last year! There were only two functioning elevators. The wait for the elevators was terrible. I'm really glad we were on the fourth floor and could take the stairs down. We couldn't take them up though because the door is locked from the outside. At one point, the wait was so bad that the workers started letting us use the employee elevator too.
The lobby is on the 2nd floor. Going there was always a waiting game too.
My brother parked in the Macy's structure that used to be connected to the Sheraton, but when we parked there this year, we discovered that there wasn't an entrance from there to the Sheraton anymore. We had to exit the building... and when we did... we couldn't open the door to go back! OTL That meant we couldn't get back to the car. So, we had to ask the Sheraton to open the door for us,and then we moved our car to the Sheraton parking, which only had valet.
(The very next day, my brother's iPad disappeared from his car. OTL It's valet parking... Shouldn't only the valet people be able to enter?)
...At least the rooms looked nice.
Some pics of the room from g2n.

The beds are too tall for me! They're not very easy to sit on.

That shower... so strong. T___T;; It really hurt. D;

After moving the car and lugging the stuff the two artists in our room had put in our car, we finally went to dinner. The first actual meal I had for the day... at midnight! :'D

My brother and I ended up getting the same thing. XD;; I wasn't able to finish it... I didn't have much of an appetite after messing up my schedule. T___T;
Sleep was great. I was out like a log.
I generally go with
gem2niki to help her set up on the first day, but I totally slept in this time. :'D Sorry~~~~. So, she set out with our roommate bright and early. I got dressed, bought breakfast, and took the shuttle. I had to wait for a second one. The first one that came only took 6 people. D: They were so full!

After getting off the shuttle, I headed for the South Hall to pick up my badge.

When I got to the entrance.... DDDDD: What's with this sea of people!!!!! All these people were trying to get inside, but there were very long lines. I shuffled off to the right, the side doors, where the lines were slightly shorter.
(Later, I realized that I'd gotten there right at opening time of the Dealer's Room. No wonder.)

I finally got inside, and there was a cool Shin-ah! I'd also seen a Yona and a Hak (palace day version) while I was in line... But I was in line. Yeah. This Shin-ah had really cool contacts.

I thought it was quite perfect that there's the dragon behind him~.
There was a sea of people trying to get into the Dealer's Room too. All I wanted was to pick up my badge! But I couldn't get through the crowd. The badge pick up for Artist Alley wasn't where it used to be (the entrance), but I didn't know where it was... only that it was "on the right" (what g2n had told me). So, I squeezed through the crowd and headed to... the wrong place. Oops. I ended up at Kentia Hall, and I looped back from below because I didn't want to go through the crowd again.
Texting was impossible. Too many people jamming the signal. D:

There were two very cool Kamiaso cosplayers there though. :D

Yay, I squeezed my way back to the main entrance.
I asked the general registration people where Artist Alley badge pick up was. They didn't know either... so they pointed me toward the Info booth. Some of them didn't know either, but thankfully someone pointed me to the right place. It was on the second floor! No one was in line, so the actual badge pick up was a breeze. Minus all the searching for it. T___T If it weren't for the crowd, it'd be less of an ordeal, but I couldn't see or get anywhere with the crowd there.

Awesome pose. XD

gem2niki's table. I survived! I found it! I only stayed to eat breakfast, and played a little streetpass. Then, my brother called me and told me to get over to the West Hall to pick up tickets for the AMV contest. XD;;; That's all the way on the other side of the convention center! I speed walked over there, squeezing between people, and saw that the lines actually had tents providing shade. Nice! The AMV line moved pretty quickly, and we successfully got our AMV tickets.
After that, we headed to the Dealer's to check out the company booths. My brother bought a lot of stuff. XDDDD

Their booth is always cute. But too bad that they're not producing actual Harvest Moon games anymore. =/

Gudetama~. I wish they brought more merchandise! They were only selling two shirts and a book.

Toei's booth.

I was really surprised to see World Trigger have its own section. It doesn't seem very popular at all! There was also a dubbed version playing on the TV. I was going ":OOOOOO". World Trigger! \o\

The One Piece part of Toei's booth.

Pony Canyon.

They had cosplayers working at the booth cosplaying Hibike Euphonium. I could sometimes hear their instruments~.

A lot of Dragonball figures. :O

I didn't take a picture with it this time. XD

Cute Hinata and Kageyama.

Funimation.

Viz Media.

Love Live is everywhere~

Yamada-kun. :D

Yona!~~

Aniplex.Slaine

Sentai Filmworks.
My brother left for dinner at this point, and when he went back to the hotel to get his car, that was when he discovered that his iPad was gone... Filed a complaint, but nothing came out of it.

A nice picture spot.

Royal Magic Academy, huh. XD

Such impressive wings!

Rilakkuma~

Oh look, there's me. XD; The workers there helped take photos~

On the first day, this board wasn't too full... yet. XD I voted for the guy called Luca, haha.

There was a fancy coffin to the right from some vampire dating game. Perfect picture spot for cosplayers of vampires. XD

All made out of boxes!
I returned to g2n's table and ate the other half of my sandwich for a very late lunch. :3;;

Cosplay corgi!!!
Artist Alley and Dealer's Room closed at 6. We cleaned up and took the subway back to the hotel. There was a really long line at the subway since we all exited out at the same time (after closing). Got back to the hotel, got changed out of my cosplay, was considering grabbing dinner with
gem2niki even though I had just eaten my sandwich, and then my brother returned and said that AMVs were about to start. :'D;; That was... true. So, I headed to the AMVs with my brother.
There was a moment of silence held for Monty Oum, creator of Dead Fantasy and RWBY, who passed away this year. I think the intro sequence used before the AMVs was from Dead Fantasy as well. It was a very nice lead in to the AMVs.

The ballot. 6 categories. Comedy is always usually last and often wins best of show. I didn't find any of them all that funny this year though. I felt the funniest one was actually "My Neighbor Figaro-kun" from the Fun/Upbeat section. XD There were three entries that used Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun. By the 2nd one, there were already a lot of overlapping scenes with the 1st one. :'D;; Too bad...

Bonus entries! These were quite fun.
My brother and I had similar votes~

By the time the AMVs ended, it was midnight. :'D; And I was starving! I was craving a milkshake, so we were going to have IHOP again and get a milkshake, but on our way back to the hotel, we saw a lot of restaurants that were still open. But they were all very crowded! We ended up at Denny's. They had milkshakes~. We shared a chocolate one. I was starving, but I still wasn't able to finish my food...

Back at the hotel. Look at our beautiful elevator with the taped up buttons.

Room 412. Add a 1, and it'd be Kaitou Kid!

The hallway.
Our room was already completely dark, so I didn't get to work on my cosplay. ):

I woke up later than
gem2niki again but before my brother. For some reason, I decided to walk to the convention center, haha. The weather was actually quite nice the entire time we were there. So even though I was wearing a scarf for my cosplay, it wasn't unbearable.

I thought this would be a great place to take some pics while I cosplayed Sun later.

Staples Center.

Gudetama bike squad! They were honking and making a lot of noise. XD; Others of them were passing out Gudetama stickers and chopsticks along the way to the convention center. I guess it was a nice thing that I walked~. Got to see different things!

I headed inside from the West Hall this time. The line was shorter.

Cuteness!

Saw Fishy who was cosplaying Utapri! :D I later saw an Utapri gathering and an Ai and a Reiji dancing for the crowd. I wonder it if was them. :3;;

A cute Shin-ah. Look at that tiny little mask!

Ran into
yoshikochan in the artist alley~. I can't remember if it was Saturday that I ran into
seta_suzume as well~~~.
gem2niki and I left together (for once!) to go to Thomas Romain's panel in the West Hall area. On our way out of the Dealer's Room, we went to look at the wedding chapel booth. It amused me a lot.
There were three guys there who took pictures with you. It was like, omg, what is with these poses?? I couldn't stop laughing. There was also a window by the side where you could take kabedon pictures, pfft.

While we were (not-so) sneakily taking pictures from faraway, one of the guys saw us and oh-so-kindly posed for us. XD

A Dugtrio plus a friend. (What are you taking pictures of, g2n!!!???)

We also stopped by the Rilakkuma booth. Cute bedroom. That bed really made me want to sit on it. XD But it was off limits.

At the West Hall! So many people!!! We went to look for the live paneling room where Thomas Romain's panel would be held, and it was only then that we learned that we were supposed to line up outside. We had just passed by that area on our way up!!

So that's what these tents and lines were for. :'D;; We went back outside to get in line. At least there are tents this year for shade! The line led up a staircase (ugh, climbing!) and then into the hallway from the sectioned off end. There were plenty of seats in the panel room. We went all the way to the first row, but it was too close to see the screen, so we moved to the second row.
Thomas Romain is a pretty cool guy! He's an animator from France. He shared with us his history in animation, how he ended up working in Japan, and all that. He said that he didn't think people would want to come listen to a guy who's not Japanese. :'D;; But his panel was really cool because he had prepared in advance what to share, and he showed us lots of pictures of animators and other staff he had met throughout his career. It was very informational!
He had also put together an artbook to sell at AX. It's full of awesome background designs. *___*

After the panel, we exited the panel room and decided to explore West Hall a bit. Saw two really cool Hikaru no Go cosplayers! Heian Hikago!

And then, while I was in the bathroom, I met a Yona, lol. We took pictures outside. They told me there had been an Akatsuki no Yona gathering that day. Ahhhhh, I didn't know about it at all! I checked cosplay.com before AX, but hadn't seen any mention of it. ;___;
After this, we went to check out the Entertainment Hall.

Huge chalk drawing by the Chalk Twins!

Their other one.

Fate.

The cosplay picture spots were all pretty full. Much fuller than last year! Lines for all of them! So, I only took a picture here and one other place. I do like that they moved the cherry blossom one so it's not a walkway anymore. Last year, there were always people walking about through the cherry blossoms.

Owari no Seraph.

Gintama. We both took pics with it. XD

The Entertainment Hall is pretty empty! Still lots of space left to use. Maybe because they moved some of the stuff to Kentia Hall?
Headed back to Dealer's Room after this.

Zetsubou-sensei~~ (We both couldn't remember the character's actual name at the time...)
Went to show g2n the Toei booth.
jen_kat invited us to dinner with some other friends, and they seemed to have plans for karaoke afterward. I declined because I needed to change and work on my cosplay after dinner. Jen dropped my brother and I off at the hotel room. I brought g2n's stuff to the room and got changed while g2n went off to dinner with Jen.

As always, my brother and I took the stairs down. This was what they looked like...

T___T

It felt pretty never-ending.

A beautiful, ripped sign.

Straight out of a horror game.

The exit! \o/

Freedom!!! And a lot of construction.

That's where we usually lined up for the shuttle.

The outside of the hotel. The inside is all walled off. We can only access the elevator section.

We got our car from the valet and headed to dinner.

Had udon! They were so busy that they were out on a lot of ingredients... and it took a long time for ours to get served. The one I wanted to order wasn't available. D:

It was a cute restaurant. But they weren't quite able to handle the crowd. They only had two workers!
After dinner, I went to a stationary store in the same building, and then we ran into
gem2niki and
jen_kat who had also been eating in the same building, lol. Took g2n back with us.
Then, I worked on my cosplay throughout the night off to the side. :'D Had to attach ten buttons, the wings, and the armor pieces. Took me until 4 am. T___T; The poor armor pieces all have holes in them now since I only had thread with me and no other way to attach them.
July 4th! I put on my Sun cosplay... for the first time! So, no time to make any corrections. XD;;; I left the room, walked down the stairs in my thigh high boots, stood in line for the shuttle... And realized I'd forgotten to put on gloves.
DDDDDDDD:
DDDDDDDDDDDDDD:
NOOOOOOooooooooooo.
Of course, my brother didn't answer my call, grrrr.
I headed back up on the elevator that takes forever and grabbed my gloves. Then, it was down the stairs, again. T___T;
Everyone who had been waiting for the shuttle were already gone. :'D;; I got on the next one. BTW, gloves and smartphones are a terrible combination.
I was too late to get autograph tickets for Yoshikawa Miki, but maybe it was a good thing I didn't try. I read online later that there were people who lined up for autographs at 3 am...

I finally reached the Dealer's Room! Here's a pic of Aldnoah Zero cosplayers. I'd wanted at least one picture of a Slaine cosplayer~~~
I finally got to g2n's table, but she was off somewhere. Sat down to eat, and then got a text from amgine saying that he didn't see me in line for the Yoshikawa Miki panel I said I'd attend. I was all, "?????" I thought that panel was at 12:15, not 11:15??? So, I checked the printed schedule, and it said 11:15! DDDD: It was already 11:15! I rushed off outside to line up and asked staff when exactly the panel was... and it was at 12:15. T____T; The schedule on the website was correct. The one in the schedule book was outdated.
I could have finished my sandwich!!! But getting there early wasn't entirely bad. I got to stand under the shade. Any later, and I'd be part of the line that was in the sun. I kept waiting for g2n, but she never showed up. DDD: A friend from Fanime, An, did show up, so at least I wasn't alone the entire time. T____T I also found out that my hair extension had fallen off... I wish I could find that hair tie I lost! Using a rubber band doesn't work at all! I tried tying the hair extension back on... and then the rubber band broke. D: So, I was... short-haired Grisia....
Yoshikawa Miki was pretty funny. The panel was Q&A with questions prepared beforehand. She was mostly asked about Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches. She talked about how Yankee-kun to Megane-chan (her previous work) was mostly comedy while Yamada-kun was written as a romantic comedy. People thought using kissing as the trigger for the powers was unique, but she said it doesn't feel unique to her. XD; She decided to use that since it's a romantic comedy, and she also explained that kissing is a pretty big hurdle in Japan. Maybe it's not like that in the US (the audience said, nope, it's a big hurdle) since there are cultures that kiss as a greeting. When she was in France, she asked her taxi driver a lot of questions, ahaha. She also asked him, "Do guys do that with guys too?" She was asked, along with the producers, what her favorite scene was. Most of them answered with scenes from volume 1 with Shiraishi. She answered that her favorite was the kissing between Yamada and Miyamura, lol. Regarding the anime, she feels like someone sending off their kid to kindergarten. XD
After the panel, I showed An around the Entertainment Hall, but we didn't stay long.

Took this picture just for g2n. :P
I also saw a group of guys cosplaying Hestia from that dungeon anime. You know, that character with a blue ribbon under her chest. It's like... how does that even work... There were a lot of Hestia cosplayers at the convention!

An was cosplaying Parasyte~. He got stopped a lot on our way to the Artist Alley. XD
I was going to try attending Julietta Suzuki's panel too (mangaka of Kamisama Kiss), but I decided lunch was more important. So, I ate, and then g2n and I went to take pictures at the chapel place. I wanted a pic there as Grisia. XDDD Those pretty stained glass windows would fit him perfectly! Also, loyal minions!

XDDDDDDDDDDDD There I am... ahahahahaha. Oh man, it was embarrassing. XD And awesome. The chapel was really pretty. We got a menu to choose the pose from, lol. (I couldn't stop laughing)

Need some cake!!!!
I met up with amgine for a bit after this. We were going to go attend a Dangan Ronpa panel, but we couldn't find it, so we gave up on it and just chatted. :'D
After that, I helped g2n until closing time, and then we headed off so she could help take some pics of me in cosplay. She had to wheel her prints around the entire time. :'D My wig was already in a terrible state by this time... D: I need to fix it in place better next time~ (A lot of fixing to do with this cosplay!) G2n helped me tie my hair extension back on. =x

I can't open my eyes in the sun. XD

Now, this is what I call, graceful! (Lucathia, better work on that!)

One of the cosplay locations was a colorful, pink bedroom. XD; All the other backdrops looked very eastern, so I lined up for this one. A Vegeta cosplayer posing in front of the mirror. XD

The two guys before us just wanted to take a picture of their pillows on the bed. :'D;;; They took pics very quickly and left. XD;;

The mirror was too far!!!

Let's pretend it's Pink's room or something. XD;
One girl recognized me as the Sun Knight! She was waiting by the side after I finished taking pictures here. Hallelujah! A Sun Knight fan!

I didn't wait for this location. Too many people~. But while I was waiting in line for a different one, g2n was off taking pics~. 7 Deadly Sins!

Gurren Lagann.

It's like he walked straight out of the movies! (He was very tall) He couldn't get anywhere and kept getting stopped. XD

lol what's going on

Aahhhh what a cute pic.
This was like, cosplayer central. So many cosplayers milling about~

Sun in a very Japanese setting. XD; Diligently reading??!!

Hm... not dramatic enough. XD

Sun, stuck in his cage... :3;;

BTW, I did add leaves to the roses! XD

Boeibu! Entire cast, and even the sensei!

The sensei was awesome.

Digimon.

We explored the entertainment hall some more and found out there was a whole half of it we hadn't seen. XD; There were 500 Nendoroids on display, from 1 to 500!

There was also a Little Witch Academia gallery.

Cute~

Also a video game corner, with the history of video games displayed on the walls.

You could play a variety of video games inside.

Even retro games!

It looked fun. :D

I wanted to take pics in the Marriott, since I remembered it to be quite pretty. So, after we left the convention center, we walked over to the Marriott.

My ribbon was stuck behind my wings for all of the following pictures. :'D

The light on the wall pic I had previously posted. It's like I was using magic!

Some more funny lights on the wall, lol. And the spots are just... dust on my lens. T____T;
The Marriott was huge. There were some video rooms there. They were... really far, so we gave up walking over to check them out.
After that... It was already pretty late. We walked back to our hotel, I got changed, and then g2n and I went to dinner. Finally, dinner together! XD; Hadn't shared a single meal during the entire trip.

We were starving, so we ordered some sushi to share.

But then we realized the food came in really huge servings!!! I couldn't finish my udon... But it was nice and filling~.
And so ended Day 3! No more cosplay to work on! Sleeeeeep~~~.
Morning was dedicated to hotel check out. We finished packing. G2n left first. I left after with my brother, and then it was elevator waiting time. I didn't have the strength to carry my luggage down four flights of stairs. T____T; So I stood there, waiting for the elevator for a very long time. My brother decided to take the stairs. He had slightly less stuff than me. Two guys showed up while I was waiting, and we waited, and waited, and waited... The elevator never even stopped on our floor! Finally, they decided to take the stairs. I waited some more... And an elevator finally showed up!
I bet I could have squeezed in there. But the people inside were all, "Nope."
DDDDD:
DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD:
I decided to push the "up" button instead, and what do you know, after around 10 minutes, I got myself an empty elevator.
Lots of people got in from other floors, and we went all the way up to the top floor, and then back down. Finally! I thought I was never going to get out of that hotel. Elevator waiting usually gets pretty bad on check out day, but this was even worse than usual with only two functioning elevators.
Then, what waited for me outside was... another sea of people... all waiting for the valet to get their cars or friends of them to pick them up. It was a nightmare. My brother and I were considering parking the car back with valet after I put my stuff inside the car, but with the nightmare going on, AND with how his iPad had disappeared from the car, we weren't too keen on leaving the car there with all our stuff in it. We took the car and parked near the convention center. It wasn't all that expensive.

A Gudetama truck. :D

So cute~

What one of the shuttles looked like. Most shuttles didn't have any pictures. XD
It took us some time, but we had finally arrived at the convention center!

A Hunter x Hunter group. Wait, Alluka is holding a tarepanda. XDD

Gintama.
I went around the artist alley for the first time! The Dealer's was so big that I hadn't even looked at the AA until the last day. Bought some charms and pins.

Then I bought myself some food. This is supposedly 6 pounds of fries. 0____0;; Too much! I almost dropped some!
We helped g2n sell, and then had to leave~. For Las Vegas! Stayed there for 4 nights.

On our way out, we saw two cool No Game No Life cosplayers, who were posing in front of a No Game No Life poster. XD

Stuff I bought! The chili sauce plushie cracks me up.

A whole set of Noblesse pins~~

Haruichi~~~~

:DDDD
Cute charms!

Back of the Rin charm!

Slaine! I knew people must have made charms of him!

Boeibu~~

The back side. Really cute to feature another outfit. :D

Some free stuff I got.
Overall, AX got even more crowded. Management was a little better. There were guests I was interested in, but all the lines were outside, so I didn't feel like lining up for all of them. It seems quite difficult to get autographs. I really hope construction for the Sheraton will end soon. The parking and elevator situation of the Sheraton was really inconvenient.
gem2niki did really well in the Artist Alley and sold out on a lot of stuff. Her Akatsuki no Yona print sold out first thing on Day 3! Could have sold more~~~.
/happy that Akatsuki no Yona has decent popularity.
It surprised both of us... We thought she would barely get any sales for that. :'D;
Also, some pics of the hotel for you,

Some pics of the room from g2n.

That shower... so strong. T___T;; It really hurt. D;

Day 1: Thursday, July 2
I generally go with

After getting off the shuttle, I headed for the South Hall to pick up my badge.

Yamada-kun. :D

Yona!~~

Aniplex.

I returned to g2n's table and ate the other half of my sandwich for a very late lunch. :3;;

Our room was already completely dark, so I didn't get to work on my cosplay. ):
Day 2: Friday, July 3

I woke up later than
![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Cuteness!

Saw Fishy who was cosplaying Utapri! :D I later saw an Utapri gathering and an Ai and a Reiji dancing for the crowd. I wonder it if was them. :3;;

A cute Shin-ah. Look at that tiny little mask!

Ran into

And then, while I was in the bathroom, I met a Yona, lol. We took pictures outside. They told me there had been an Akatsuki no Yona gathering that day. Ahhhhh, I didn't know about it at all! I checked cosplay.com before AX, but hadn't seen any mention of it. ;___;
After this, we went to check out the Entertainment Hall.

![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

After dinner, I went to a stationary store in the same building, and then we ran into
![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
Then, I worked on my cosplay throughout the night off to the side. :'D Had to attach ten buttons, the wings, and the armor pieces. Took me until 4 am. T___T; The poor armor pieces all have holes in them now since I only had thread with me and no other way to attach them.
Day 3: Saturday, July 4
I headed back up on the elevator that takes forever and grabbed my gloves. Then, it was down the stairs, again. T___T;

XD

The two guys before us just wanted to take a picture of their pillows on the bed. :'D;;; They took pics very quickly and left. XD;;

The mirror was too far!!!

Let's pretend it's Pink's room or something. XD;

XD

Sun, stuck in his cage... :3;;

Some more funny lights on the wall, lol. And the spots are just... dust on my lens. T____T;

Day 4: Sunday, July 5

![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
/happy that Akatsuki no Yona has decent popularity.
It surprised both of us... We thought she would barely get any sales for that. :'D;

Date: 2015-07-25 05:45 am (UTC)If you mean the Dugtrio cosplayers, they've gotten quite famous on the internet. So, I'm guessing they didn't get into trouble at any of the conventions, since they've been to more than one now in those cosplays.
If you're curious. (news article with more pics of them. They're wearing the same thing there, meaning not much, so possibly NSFW)

Date: 2015-07-24 07:54 pm (UTC)gem2niki was lucky that she got to the hotel room first. If you're alone in the room, you get to pick whatever channel you want and no one will complain.
I like that Professor Elm. But he looks just a little too happy for someone who got chomped on by a Totodile... Which starter did you choose? You did try to save him, right? It's part of the plotline. You're not supposed to abandon him, at least!
All the winged people look really cool.
Did you bring the umbrella for waiting in lines? Or was it just general sun protection to avoid having to put a body mask on later.
*thinking* Just how immoral is it to vote on someone who has the same name as yourself? If you didn't know anything else about Luca, would it be considered slightly narcissistic?
Why did the cat get so many votes???
I'm trying to figure out if your hotel hallway is supposed to be an optical illusion or not.
... Are the three guys in the chapel booth supposed to be the priests?
If that Rilakkuma booth wasn't off limits... I would have stolen a birdie, probably. No wonder they don't let anyone in there.
o.o How do they make such large chalk drawings without smudging anything? Work from the middle out? (I like how there's a Chibitalia sitting on the titan.)
Hooray! You survived the staircase of doom! Now if only you had practiced gracefully falling down the staircase while you were there... It's probably not as long as the actual staircase, but any practice is good practice!
At least the udon place was nice enough to tell you that they were out. Some other restaurants would have just watered down the broth and such.
"I could have finished my sandwich!!!" I'm sorry that I started laughing at your plight. It just reminded me too much of Sun and his Parade of Hunger.
Sorry, An. I mistook you for Detective Conan. The glasses and color combination are just too deeply engraved in my mind.
Good job staying in-character as Sun in the chapel! You kept your graceful smile even while other men were getting your gloves dirty!
Tsukiyama looks like he's in heaven with two Kaneki's to eat.
The Haunter was super cute.
Fluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywingsfluffywings. I'm going to have to try really hard not to reach out and pat them. Ah... Screen... Why can't you translate images into fluffiness?
Yay! Sun using holy magic!
I really thought the chili sauce bottle was real. Maya should put some on her burger.
*happy* Akatsuki no Yona did well and someone recognized the Sun Knight. It sounds like a good convention.

Date: 2015-07-25 01:24 am (UTC)Get to the room first, and you get first pick of beds too! As well as first pick for where to stash your stuff! Lucky~
I confess that is the exactly the generation of Pokemon I haven't played, the one and only. So I don't have any of those particular starters. Bye, can't save you.
Silly, I didn't steal the umbrella from them. That's part of the booth~. It was a very pretty umbrella though. You're right. Good sun protection.
I know a lot about Luca. His name is Luca, he has green hair, and he was totally losing to the cat. Anime con attendees must really like cats~. I don't know much else about any of the choices. XD
The hallway looked pretty cool.
Those three guys are supposed to be your harem, of course! Husbands-to-be. They actually had this big photo frame you could hold with them that said "I got married at Anime Expo."
Nah, we did get to stand in the Rilakkuma booth and coo at all the stuffed animals, but no sitting down on the sofa or lying on the bed. Too bad... Rilakkuma looked so comfortable lazing about on them.
It's magic. I think they do work on one part of the chalk picture at a time. By the time I see their works though, they're usually already done...
Now that I think about it, Sun's clothes must have gotten really dirty from all that falling. No matter how gracefully you fall, the clothes won't stay graceful! /furiously protecting the cosplay outfit from dirt
I wondered what ingredient they were out on... They did restock an hour later.
Haha, now I know your pain, Sun! Getting to eat a sandwich before going out in the heat is very important! I still wasn't hungry enough to name someone Hungri though.
Oh, that color scheme. Very true. Grown up Conan.
The Haunter was cuteness. Slowly rising above the statue.
Fluffy wings with feathers that almost got eaten by cats!
This chili sauce bottle is much cuter and more huggable!
