lucathiaDominion's End V1C1 translation is up over at Prince Revolution~~. Much love for our protagonist. ♥ I'm amused that this story is set in 2015. It's already 2015~~. Maybe that's why Yu Wo is releasing this series so quickly, hahaha. Any slower, and this story would no longer be set in the future!
Yu Wo posted teasers of the prologue of Illusions, Lies, Truth V3 and chapter 1 of No Hero V9, ahhhhhh. I know that Illusions V3 is soon to be released, but does this mean we're getting v9 of No Hero soon too? V8 was released in 2013, so it's been some time! I hope they're released around the same time so I can buy them together. :3
Illusions V3 Prologue
This new case is called "In the Name of God"! Prologue starts with Ziya chatting with Yu Shu as they wait for the garbage truck. Ziya chats with her about how he saw an angel hovering about a classmate, and when the classmate accidentally walked through a ghost, that ghost started punching the classmate (the classmate didn't feel anything). Instead, the angel smacked the ghost and sent it flying. XD;;; Apparently, the angel is a guardian angel. They then get around to talking about illusions becoming lies and then truth, and how some are so powerful, they're basically gods. I wonder if that's the main focus this time around? Ziya mentions Jiang Jiang, but Yu Shu is completely bewildered and seems not to know that anything is wrong with Jiang Jiang. It's because she's not inside her home, which is probably warded in some kind of way.
So Yu Shu actually has another reason why she doesn't like leaving her apartment. :3;;
Guan Jia and Guan Ting are so so cute. I'd read a spin-off just with them. |D;; Yu Shu promised Guan Ting that she would bring to life his companions. She's gotten started on that, but they're still fairly lifeless and only know how to repeat the same few words. Guan Ting doesn't come out of his story world much though, always wanting to spend time with these companions. But he's saddened by how he can't even converse much with his companions. Yu Shu then tells him that he shouldn't be yearning for his companions all the time when he already has Guan Jia. But Guan Ting reaaaaally wants comrades who are knights, so somehow he gets Guan Jia to promise that he will put on armor and carry a sword, lololol. But Yu Shu will only have enough money to buy armor and a sword (doll versions) if she finishes writing two more novels.
Guan Ting (who is wearing priest robes) wants a set of armor for himself too (no matter what universe, he will always be determined to be a knight, huh XDDD) so he tells Yu Shu she should finish writing four books. XD;;
Too bad we probably won't see as much of Guan Jia and Guan Ting in the rest of the novel. They're so cute~~~
No Hero V9 Chapter 1
Oh right. Charles was kidnapped at the end of V8. XD;; Just how many times has Charles been abducted? It must be a main character's job to always have a target on their backs~~~. Grisia was abducted in V6 and basically stranded in V4. Charles was abducted in V4, then imprisoned later on, and now he's been kidnapped again~~.
The Church really haaates X. We're still not told why exactly the Church is always after X, but they're saying that he's the source of sin? I wonder if this has anything to do with the bible that Father Yue gave Charles that was later stolen by the professor. There were some speculations (or perhaps actual documentations) in there about non-humans and vampires... It sounded to me like vampires might actually have been created????? Perhaps X is even the very first vampire. Or I might just be thinking too much. XD;; I should reread that bible entry again. I really hope that we find out just what is going on between the Church and X. It would suck if we have to wait for X's spin-off story before finding out because throughout No Hero, people kept coming to abduct and harm Charles for the sake of finding X. (lol I sound like I'm trying to solve an equation). It's been 8 volumes already! Just why do people want to find X so much!!!
Since Charles is unable to sleep, he's awake even while in captivity. So he thinks a lot, pondering why the Sun Emperor did what he did. He hasn't come to a conclusion yet, but since we got to see interludes with Ri Xiang Yan planning everything, I'm pretty sure he's trying to make sure that Ah Ye would be able to survive even after his death. I still think the same thing since V8~~. Since Ah Ye is programmed to protect his brother, what will happen to Ah Ye when his brother dies? They're certain that Ah Ye will never age, so that means he will live for a long, long time while his brother will just have the lifespan of a normal human. What I'm not sure about is how they're going to make it so that Ah Ye won't die/go crazy even if his brother dies. It seems like they're testing things out, but gosh does big brother really take things to the extreme. I don't know what they can do though... transfer the programming to another person? All scenarios would make me feel a little sad though, because that was a thing between the brothers. Ah Yan truly wants the best for his little brother.
Charles seems like he's starting to piece things together~.
