lucathiaSo, I was debating writing more for Yuletide, except I took so long writing that I ran out of time (and I have no idea if I'll be able to manage another treat by the time the archive opens) and THEN I SAW THAT ODD SQUAD UPDATED WITH NEW LSK AND 1/2 PRINCE CHAPTERS. And these two chapters are both making me squee so hard. This grin. You can't wipe it off my face.
LSK manhua chapter 10
Oh gosh, Sun, why are you so cute in the manhua? Seriously cute. I found the panel with him peering around the secret tunnels in his assassin outfit to be really cute. XD And young Sun asking after his teacher about secrete passages! *flails* (Also, haha, seeing Neo in the Sun Knight outfit's pretty awesome... Hm, Neo with wings...) The princess looks quite cute. Bwahaha, Sun lifting the trapdoor! Love how the novel was adapted here. :D
Also, Judgment's plan was to use the knight to act as a ghost to scare the suspects??? Pfffft!
I still love the talk about betting odds. :D
1/2 Prince chapter 55
EEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeee this chapter. So. Much. Love for the NPCs. SO MUCH LOVE. Kenshin looks really beautiful in this too, as do Caelus and Doll. *is mesmerized by their eyes*
*goes crazy over the panel with Arctic Fox and Kenshin* I adore them so much...
The Dictator of Life is looking mighty cool too.
Caelus is so cute! And eeee, we get to see him figuring out what being an NPC means. Poor Caelus...
Ooooh, the assassins reporting about the success and the failures of assassinating the overlords. Only the Northern Overlord was successfully assassinated (I love it when stories show us the other side).
Aha, now it's time for the Dictator of Life's side of things. There we are, Lan's "luck".
I love the Dictator's smile when he watched Prince get bitten by a dog. XDD Huh, I didn't really like this part in the novel (because... I totally felt this was a bit of a cop out / wasn't hinted at enough earlier / cheapened Lan's journey) but the manhua version is SO CUTE.
So much Kenshin in this chapter. :DDDD
Cuteness can win me over, yes.
So yeah, I think I'm done at three fics this year for Yuletide, just like my number last year, though my word count is lower than last year's. If only I'd managed to finish my main assignment earlier! Then I could have shoved more giftfic at people. XD; I have my word document open, with an idea thought out in my mind... but it's too long an idea for a short fic...
Debating staying up even later for Yuletide reveals, but sleep is probably a better idea, since I want to be coherent enough to read and review fics. XD; I now have two Madness fics waiting for me too. :DDD
