Thanks! I managed to post this entry by resetting my modem... but the internet only worked for a minute before it stopped working again. I barely managed to post this entry!
Had two technicians come in, and I even replaced my modem, but nothing helped. Now, thankfully, things seem to be in working order again for no specific reason. >___> Hopefully it stays working.
Good grief, you had to get your modem replaced? D: Not only does all that sound costly, they must have been a lot of trouble as well. I'm glad you've somehow managed to fix the issue...
