TCG
Today, the first TCG I ever joined, anime_lj_tcg, sadly closed. It's the TCG that got me into TCGs. I joined in 2007. I've never quit a TCG (and always stick with them...until they end up closing). I guess I'm a...dedicated person, or maybe just someone who doesn't know when to quit.

This TCG had quite a long run and ended up with over...I don't know how many decks. Countless. There were already over 1000 decks back in 2008. I don't know what the end number was. Although updates were sporadic, each update had like, over 100 decks added each time. I had lots of fun there! I'll miss it. ;___;

Dissidia
I've been playing this game on my bonus days. XD; I only maxed out one character...the Onion Knight, haha. I like his combos. I can't beat the last extra chapter though. >__> My skills suck. I finally tried out the online battle with my brother. It was quite fun (and kind of reminded me of Pokemon battles). I finally got to use some of the enemy characters that I haven't had the chance to use in the storyline chapters. I'm currently using Kuja because I like how he glides. It was funny...my brother used Terra, who kept saying, "Get away!" and then my Kuja just so coincidentally said "You can't get away!" ROFL! I feel like I'm pretty much done with the game. There are too many extras for me. XD; I'm not much of a grinder either.

Ace Attorney Investigations
I've been playing the Japanese version forever and only got up to Case 4 before the English version came out. Well, now I passed where I was in the Japanese version. I'm loving the game a lot. There are so many quotable parts! I will be super busy with stuff around Fanime time this year, but there's a character in here who I can cosplay by scavenging for her clothing, so that's what I'll be doing! :D It'll be a fun and comfortable cosplay. <3 I already bought her pink hat.

"Pink hat"............. Why can I not remember O_o Oh wait, Ema had a pink hat. I totally want to cosplay Shih-na. But her light hair does not go with my skin and I kind of don't want to have to cackle........

Mastered? XD; Do they still continue to learn new skills and master skills even after hitting the max level? I feel like I should train some more to beat my brother. XD;

Yup, Ema, who only appeared for a short bit. I didn't like her in AJ, but she was her upbeat self here and her clothes will be very easy to pull off for me. The hardest will be her pins and her bag. I like her socks. XD; I can't tell from the in game screnshots what her shoes should look like though, and what color stripes her socks are. Are they pink and purple? Or purple and white? Shih-na's clothes look nice! Her hair is very light though. That'd go along well with light skin.

I still have to play the english/german Dissidia, but the dub is a bit of a turnoff. I never got that far with the japanese before losing interest. x3 Kuja is really hard to play IMO!

Oh, somehow I like Ema less and less over time just like some of them grow to me after a while. But nice, you're cosplaying her! Gotta show us photos! ^^ I probably won't be to any conventions this year... or maybe just one.

It was a pretty stable TCG. 2+ years and very huge indeed! I'm still missing Starcrossed. TCGs die off pretty easily...much like roleplays, I guess, where everyone's really into it at the beginning, but then their interest starts wavering or there's not enough time. There's brotcg, but there hasn't been an update there for a while. I think some people from Anime LJ TCG might be thinking of starting a new one. :3 I'm still running twistserve_tcg too, but it's only Prince of Tennis.

I haven't had a chance to hear the Japanese voices. I think I would be collecting the voice samples in the PP catalog more if Japanese voices were an option. While the English voices are fine, I'm not the biggest fan. XD; I just like how Kuja glides. XD; But even when I'm on the ground, I still feel like he's in the air. I unequipped all his ground HP attacks since I was pretty much in the air all the time. I find...Sephiroth hard to use. >__> I don't know, I thought he'd be easy to use with his large sword, but I couldn't hit anything with it. XDD

I really disliked Ema in AJ. I liked her all right in PW1, but she was never my favorite female character in the series. I like Maya the best. :3 I'm on the lookout for some brown shorts. I'm slowly piecing everything together. :D Her glasses and her pins will be harder...

Me too, starcrossed was just perfect =( I liked the community and cards better than on anime lj tcg. The sad thing was that most people except for the owner still seemed really into it when she closed it ;_; It's too bad I'm still not much further into PoT XD Haven't read for a while! I was around chapter 130 or something...

The jap. voices are really nice, as always... some of my favorite seiyuus like Jun Fukuyama or Takahiro Sakurai *__* *sigh* Too bad we can't choose the language they speak =/
Kuja has... style xD;; Kefka's movements are awesome, too *lol*
Sephiroth is hard to use IMO ... he's slow and his attacks are very specific and miss easily (like the stab from above which he killed Aerith with 8D) I'm a bit disappointed there are so many huge men in armor and witches, who the hell needs them?! Give me Kain and Seifer! X'D

Yes, Maya and Pearl... and Mia =3 I really like Kay, too! and young Franziska X'D I think part of why I dislike Ema by now is that she seems hyped to me in the fandom, I'm a bit unnerved about all the Klavier/Ema stuff that keeps popping up xD - especially since she's so moody and unlikeable in AJ. I mean, the fandom's also flooding with P/E but I can see where that comes from and even K/A makes sense in a way, but... xD

Which character does Jun Fukuyama voice? :3 Kefka's movements must be awesome. I considered using him against my brother (since he was using Terra) but I don't like clowns enough to train him. XD; He's freaky! I hated Sephiroth's stab from above. I don't know what I was doing with it. >__> I'd have liked a lot of the supporting characters...I wished the cast was even larger. XD; It felt so weird when each series only had two characters and the characters were bonding with characters across series instead of the supporting characters from their own series...

I'm liking Kay! :3 For me, my favorite is Maya, and then Kay. And then Maggey. XD; And Pearl and Mia next. I'm not a very big fan of Trucy or older Ema. There is quite a bit of Klavier/Ema around (and even Kristoph/Ema), and I can see where the first one comes from...since they do interact and snap or flirt with each other. There was this really cute Japanese fanart site for them...the only time I really liked them. XD; I don't like English fandom's portrayal of the pairing much.

I'm currently on the fourth case of AAI (STILL!) and Kay is so cute.

I think I forgot a lot, too... my favorite was Kaidou though. There are so many awesome InuKaidou dojinshis out there! o.o

The onion knight, haha! XD I mostly use the typical heroes... Cecil, Cloud, Squall and sometimes also Zidane, Tidus, Kuja, Terra and Sephiroth. <- all the beautiful people *rofl* The bulk guys are so slow! I wasn't that far into the game though, I hardly had any villains. I think I only finished the story mode with Cloud, Squall and Cecil so far. I think the crossover aspects are funny. I laughed when Sephiroth tossed Cloud the rose. XD A friend told me people in Dissidia fandom were all crazy (in a fun way), making puns about how Sephiroth deflowered Firion (since his name apparently had something to do with... flowers or virgins, I don't remember X'D).

I think I might like Kay even more than Maya. XD I liked Trucy, though. Lol, Kristoph/Ema? Did they ever interact? But the most popular Klavier pairings seem to be K/E, K/A and Gavincest... huh, now out of those K/E is even the most normal OTL XD

It was the same for Anime LJ TCG. A lot of people suggested having someone new run the place, but then she was the who started it! It's like her project, so in the end, she decided to close the place. A new TCG game would be nice. People are always more excited in the beginning. :3 There are a lot of awesome InuKai doujinshi out there! It's one of the largest pairings in the fandom. I like Yagyuu/Niou, but I don't think you've seen them yet. XD;

Ahaha, the Onion Knight! I want to hear that. XD; I mostly used the Onion Knight. I like using the faster guys, and the ones who have better movement. I can't stand moving slowly or not being able to maneuver. XD The rose thing was pretty funny.

Hmh... I think I don't really get that mentality. =/ When I was making RPG projects, decided to quit and someone wanted to take over I'd definitely let them for the sake of those who were still interested (it turned out bad once, but oh well...). It's their choice though of course.

No, I don't think I know their names. It's through InuKai that I found Nekota Yonezou <- love her art *_* I saw one filler POT episode which was awesome (the one where Kaidou thinks Inu is asking him out! XD) The other huge pairings I've come across so far are Tezuka/Fuji and of course the golden duo xDD

I've searched for it on yt a while ago, but I can't find his japanese soundclips :C sure sound awesome and cute though! I also prefer fast guys to slow and strong ones, always have. xD

I really loved a doujinshi artist who does Yagyuu and Niou. I later found that she has her own series, di(e)ce. I love the artwork. <3 Hm, I don't think I've heard of Nekota Yonezou before. :3 Some of the filler episodes are so crazy. Haha, I liked a lot of the earlier ones. Golden pair is so prominent. It's like everyone knows about them!

Yeah... I think it's hard to be really happy when you give up something and someone takes over but I'd prefer it to the project dying and the players being sad =/

Ahaha, you got me. XD Ema and Klavier do look good though, I'm not sure why I dislike the pairing. It's not like I generally dislike het pairings... I like Diego/Mia. xD But I think most pairings with the "girls" (Maya, Ema, Kaye... and I don't even want to think about Trucy and Pearls! X'D) I just can't see, they're IMO more the buddy-type and I prefer P/E way over P/M.

Oh, I've seen Yamada D. Yonezoh's works. Her drawings are quite pretty. :3 The Golden pair is like the accepted pairing, especially since they have such a name in canon already. XD; People have tried to extend that name to other pairings (calling them silver pair, platinum pair...) but the only canon name is golden pair. XD

Eeee, Onion Knight has a cute voice. Who voices Squall? He sounds cool too! I feel like I should know his voice...

Most of the girls are on the younger side compared to the guys. There's quite an age gap. But Ema's actually one of the older ones in AJ, except she turned into such a moody and unpleasant person. I hope she gets less moody if she appears in another game. Weren't they actually considering having her as the main character of the spin-off game? I think it was a wise decision to use Edgeworth instead...he's much popular. XD; As for het pairings in AA, I like...Edgeworth/Maya. X3;; Phoenix and Maya (and Apollo and Trucy) definitely feel more sibling like to me, and the latter pair are even actual siblings. XD;

I think I wouldn't mind the age gap as much as the fact that they totally seem like siblings to me. xD Would be like pairing Yuffie (who is one of my absolute fave females) with someone, there are some characters I just prefer without any ships, I guess. XD I don't think there was any non-canon het pairing I liked... Ron and Desirée and Mia + Diego (though I'm not even sure if that was canon right now...? It is in my head xD) were all okay, though.

I'm generally not a shipper. I just like characters by themselves, and I like to think of them as having very good friends! I don't need them to be in romantic relationships. X3;; But fanfic especially seems to be all about pairings. E/M...I like their dynamic. It's like, oh no, what about Nick? I also like Edgeworth/Klavier and Phoenix/Klavier, but I don't see either much at all! I never truly got into P/E...and now I like K/A more. X3;; Whatever pairing is all fine by me though...I don't have an OTP. XDD I just like my favorite characters (Klavier!!), which you can probably see from how many Klavier pairings I listed. XD;;

I'm a slash shipper, but there are times I really prefer a platonic love only... like in Supernatural, everyone seems to be crazy about shipping the Winchester bros with each other or Castiel, but I like them just like they are in canon xD

It helped that each TCG was active at different times...I try not to join more than I can keep up with. XD; But there was one point when two TCGs that were on hiatus came back at the same time, so I couldn't keep up then. ^^;; But now...the only one I'm really active in is Twist Serve. As long as there are still members interested, I'll keep the place running. ^__^ Though probably at a slower pace if I ever get too busy!

This just shows that I have no life! I was even staff in two other TCGs. But TCGs are strangely addicting...
