He appeared in the Kana chapters. He feels about the same as his anime counterpart. He just doesn't have a schoolhouse in the countryside. Or well, we don't get to see him outside of the facility, so we don't know much about his school.
Doesn't reading depressing stuff make you depressed? ): I like the genre once in awhile, but I generally like it mixed with some humor.
