It's been a while since I listened to any rajipuri, and this is the first time I've actually recorded it myself.
rajipuri 279 (archived here!)
Personalities: Inui, Yagyuu, and Oishi, aka Tsuda Kenjirou, Tsuda Eisuke, and Kondou Takayuki.
The quiz corner made me wish I could call in too. =P The first question was "What was Momoshiro aiming at with his serve in his match with xxx in nationals?" The second one was "What is the English of mada mada dane?" How could they not know this...
MinaJun's Across my Line was on, as well as Tezuka and Sanada's Banana no Namida. Makes me want to watch the Finals oav.
I'm on episode 11 of the Chinese Prince of Tennis live action now. I like it so far. The fish part in the earlier episodes made me laugh a lot (when Ryoma didn't even know what it meant). I thought a lot of parts were hilarious, and some parts were very touching. They certainly made Seigaku feel like a tightly knit group before Ryoma's appearance. Ryoma feels like an intruder in this. Sakuno's pretty cool and actually shows up a lot. This is getting long, haha. Cutting this!
Ryoma's not left-handed in this. ): This makes me sad. No gasps from the crowd going "He's a leftie?? A southpaw!!" I was waiting the entire time for him to wow everyone and switch to his other hand.
Tachibana uses Shinji's Spot. That made me laugh. I was sad that Shinji's not in this, but I guess it makes sense since otherwise, Tachibana wouldn't have done anything in the matches.
Tezuka's not bad, though I can't believe he gave the point to Yuuta in the Yuuta/Momoshiro match. My gosh. Well, that immediately told me that we're dealing with a different Tezuka here. He, Fuji, and Oishi don't actually have too many parts yet.
Haven't seen Fuji play yet either, so I haven't gotten to see how much of a tensai he is. All he's been doing is angsting about Yuuta. :'D It's interesting that they chose to start Yuuta off at Seigaku and then had him transfer away.
The others are all pretty good. I like them all except for Kikumaru. I have a hard time remembering Oishi's actor since he hasn't had much screentime or lines. Kawamura's actor is pretty nice-looking, haha. XD;; Same goes for Kaidoh and Inui. Momoshiro feels like Momoshiro to me.
Anyway, I'm enjoying this. It's a different spin on the same story, and not badly done either. I find it cute that Ryoma hides away in Sakuno's art room a lot. I'm also getting a lot of InuKai vibes from this. =P
