Yeah... even though Grisia promised he would burn Roland, Roland does need to be around to keep the Demon King in check. If not for that, I wonder if perhaps Roland would feel himself unneeded. I'm glad that he does have a reason to stick around, and I hope that even without that particular reason, his bonds would sway him over!
