They're pretty good for the price, especially if you want to print very small quantities. The pages are quite nice. The pages are white and have some thickness, not like the thin papers used in most paperbacks. You get to chose between a glossy finish and a matte finish for your cover, and you can choose from several different sizes for your book or use your own custom size, so that's fairly flexible.
You can print 100k, no problem. :) I'm guessing that would end up between 300 pages to 400 pages, but it depends on the trim size of your book! My book is around 100k in word length as well~. Since I used one of the smaller trim sizes at 5.06" by 7.81", it ended up over 400 pages. It would be fewer pages if I'd chosen a larger trim size. (The book might be a bit cheaper then, since the price is mostly dependent on page number, I believe... I'm not too sure how much the trim size factors in)
