Damn, now I am. XDD Maybe since the other nobles had more contact with humans, they picked up the currently language, while Rai, who hasn't, only had the language the nobles spoke 820 years ago? The other nobles seem to speak Korean right away. XD; And even when the trio was in Lukedonia, they had no trouble understanding the nobles... so were they all speaking Korean? XD; Usually I wouldn't give much thought to this in manga/anime/video games, but Rai does start out speaking something different before he learned Korean... I suppose the nobles should be able to learn languages easily with their mind control abilities somehow.

If a noble bites a human, that human becomes a vampire (uhhh, mutant?), right? And then if a vampire bites someone, that person becomes...an infected? So the infected guy is twice removed from nobles while M-24 is one step away from nobles? 0___0;;
THIS MAKES NO SENSE. Being obedient would be the best way to be left alone and to live for longer, but this was when M-21 and M-24 were just one-shot bad guys, so... Hahaha. XD; M-21 got smarter later and went to see Crombel before they were called!
"-Frankenstein had secretary take the children home (has a secretary?)" XDDDD Huh. I want to think it's security, but that'd be a completely different word. Hm, it would make sense if his place of residence has some security guy (but would security go as far as taking the children home? seeing them off maybe...).
