I couldn't fall asleep again yesterday, so I got up and wrote the beginning of another Adair story instead. XDDDD;;;
Haha, I actually managed a short and to the point summary! Sort of. (I used "future Captain" waaaay too much throughout this fic).
"The higher their expectations, the easier they were to destroy." laksdfj My grin is so huge right now. :D XDDD (though Adair's expectations were already dashed by the start of this fic, haha)
""Cease your movements, you detestable creature!" his future Captain yelled in a clear voice. "The time has come for you to return to the earth from whence you came!" *dies* Aaaaah, Grisia! XDDD I wondered if I was being too over-the-top with that "whence". XDDDD
woot! Grisia used magic! XDDD Not just holy magic either, since he later pushed Adair off with wind magic and then ice magic. XD;;
He understood him! So quickly! Go go Adair! Eeeeeeee! :DDD (Adair's awesome language skills must be in play here, haha)
Awwwwww! Poor Adair! Yet, I'm smiling so much because yes I love these kind of realisations! \o/ I was pretty gleeful too. Poor Adair...
Haha. It's going to be years until he learns their names! XDD ...five years for him to learn Ed's name. XDDD
Maybe Earth? Though he could use that to his advantage... I suddenly have this urge to come up with vice captains for eveeeeryone. We only get to see three vice captains in the story, but I'm sure the other vice captains would have been very amusing too!
I was trying to pull back from events and not write in the style I do for Bittersweet Sweetness... only less than a day has passed for that story, and it's already been 19k! (I found myself accidentally slipping into 1st person while writing this though, haha...)
(Whoot, new Noblesse chapter. This chapter makes me gleeeeeful! I better write that children-centric fic I'd been planning before stuff happens to contradict it. XDDD)
