I picked up volume 7 of the Perfect Edition for Tenipuri today. The new material in the back this time is a short comic featuring Rikkai vs. Kakinoki in a practice match that occurred during the time Kirihara fell asleep on the bus and ended up at Seigaku (Genius 19 was such a fun chapter). It's only three pages long, but it has me grinning so much. There's Yagyuu, Urayama, and seaweed. And and, Konomi-sensei talks a bit about Yagyuu in the interview and how Niou influenced him. XD

The cover features Yanagisawa and Atsushi. I was looking forward to it ever since I heard Yanagisawa's seiyuu on Rajipuri telling listeners about it. ^__^ His dane was a bit annoying in the series, but I thought it was so cute while I listened to Rajipuri.

The Perfect Edition is still only at the Seigaku vs St. Rudolph match...that means this totally isn't going to end with 12 volumes, is it? Ahhh...there goes my money. I wonder what the plans are for the rest of the series. Will they label it Kanzenban season 2?? Perhaps that'll be the nationals arc?

Moving on to other Tenipuri stuff, Shin Tenipuri chapters 35 and 36 have made me fall in love with Tezuka a bit more. ^__^ I'm glad we're getting chapters like these. Makes me anticipate who else might get the focus next. I can't believe though, that 36 chapters are already out, yet so little time has passed in the story. I wonder if this selection camp is meant to be very short (like...one week?) but with a bunch of stuff all happening at the same time.

Also, [livejournal.com profile] switching_it_up has begun posting!! The first fic is quite awesome, and I can't wait to see what else is there. Niou and Yagyuu fans should check it out. :D
