I searched around books.com.tw and kingstone.com.tw. I don't see a listing anymore, so it's mostly likely sold out. There are usually only around 500~2000 copies being sold on those sites.
Border fees...? Where do you live? I don't know about border fees, but shipping is fairly expensive. You are only allowed to choose one type of shipping. It's a very fast shipping, haha, so it's nice in that way... You'd get your stuff in three days or so. Shipping on books.com.tw is slightly cheaper than kingstone.com.tw if you only buy one or two volumes. If you're buying a lot, then either site is around the same. Sometimes, you'll be paying more for shipping than for the books. (So if you're buying a book that is 200 TWD, it's not impossible for the shipping to be 300 TWD. For Kingstone, the lowest shipping starts at is 500 TWD or so.) The sites will calculate the actual shipping once you put the items in your shopping cart and choose your country.
