Oh whoa, that is a very long braid. I didn't even notice how long it was. Just that he was sparkling. With rose petals. XDD
I don't think Roy's alchemy was explored much in the 2003 version... oh, but then they did explain why Roy could use alchemy just by snapping his fingers (the glove part), but I don't think it was explained explicitly in this... we just get showed him not being able to do alchemy without his gloves (and him carving the transmutation circle on the back of his hand, ouch).
