Seems like it! I was reading around and people were complaining that it's already been done before... but it wouldn't make sense not to include all this since this isn't a continuation or anything. I still think they should have slowed down more because it's kind of hard trying to place what we should remember from the 2003 version and what we should forget from it, and it's not like everyone has watched that version.
I know, I think I choked up a lot with the 2003 version. Here... well, I already knew it was going to happen, so that lessened the impact somewhat too. I was more affected by people's reactions to his deaths.
