What a game full of crack. XD I enjoyed this way too much...and I was just watching videos of it. I don't even have the game. >__> Still waiting for the DS release of Gakuensai no Oujisama!

This game, for those who don't know about it, is a Prince of Tennis game with several original female characters that interact with the Tenipuri boys...and have dreams about them. The dreams are very bizarre. In one dream, the female protagonist is a reporter trying to get a scoop on the Seigaku band. She mishears the conversation and well, has very embarrassing misunderstandings. Konami takes this opportunity to throw Tenipuri characters into the weirdest situations, bringing in boybands, vampires, pirates...


I was listening to the seiyuu messages for the game, and Moriyama Eiji (Shinji's seiyuu) was talking about karaoke. I was intrigued, so I watched a video of the game...and they were actually singing karaoke in there! It's a dream sequence in the game where Fudoumine members are pirates...but for some reason they sing karaoke after all their pirate business. Something's wrong here. XD; But after they sang, they said that Shinji could even be in a musical. I see how they're trying to be funny here. XD I'm impressed that they recorded actual singing for the karaoke parts. :3

Everyone looked awesome in Shinsengumi outfits. :D In this dream sequence, Seigaku was going up against Hyoutei.


The weirdest family ever, haha!


LOL! It's...Tezuka phantom! In the game, the girl was sharing the same body as Tezuka for some reason and had to pretend to be Tezuka by doing his part for the band. Konami comes up with the weirdest scenarios.

The Hyoutei dream sequence made me laugh my head off. Atobe and Kabaji are detectives. Oshitari is some infamous thief who masquerades as many people, but he gets discovered by Kabaji each time. Atobe failed quite hard here. XD


End of the Ryoma route. Cuteness! I tried to make an animated icon out of this, but the rising smoke in the background doesn't make for a very good continuous icon. =/


Hyoutei secretly practices their "Itteyoshi."


The dream sequence in which Kirihara is a vampire who steals Sanada's bride. Ahahaha. XD; I suppose they cast Kirihara in that role because of his red eyes.


Seigaku players dub each other's voices. Like, Fuji dubbed Kawamura. It was amusing and weird.


...Oishi's new hairstyle, haha.


Journey to the West with Yamabuki! Take a look at that horse. It's Muromachi.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to Gakuensai no Oujisama. ^__^ And I have more screenshots of Rush and Dream if anyone wants them for graphics or whatever.
