The catalog can be found in Animate stores and other anime stores. I only found the CD rom version though, which my computer couldn't read very well since it's made for Japanese systems. ^^;; You could probably find online versions too. Some authors don't mind that you peek at the inside of their works, though I don't think it's possible for the popular circles since they all have huge lines. XD;
If you can only go to one place, I suggest Ikebukuro since the stores are all fairly close to each other. :3
