I don't even remember that part anymore. 0__0;; It's been too long.
Kirihara is quite different from how he was in the beginning too. I would have never thought he'd be such a violent character from his first appearance. I still wish Seigaku could have lost some unimportant match before nationals (that would still let them reach nationals) just so that Seigaku didn't always win. =/
