back from AX!

I'm back in LJ land and responsive again, but I have a lot to catch up on... good thing my inbox isn't ridiculous this year, because I have been checking it and sorting my email into folders! XD;

I read the latest Detective Conan chapter on my phone (chapter 824) while I was away and could not contain my excitement, ahhhhhh. While I was somewhat not wanting this turn of events, when it happened... I still very much liked the outcome.

First, we have the conclusion of the Mystery Train case. I wasn't too invested in the mystery. Also, the showdown between Amuro (pretty much confirmed as Bourbon), Vermouth, Sherry, Yukiko, Conan, Okiya (who many have been guessing all along is Akai), and Sera (dang, that's a long list of characters) felt very messy to me. Yukiko and Vermouth sure felt like they were just talking casually! Why is Yukiko so calm? Though in the end, it's revealed that Conan does know what's going on and is completely pretending to be bewildered and not putting things together. It does feel to me like he's risking quite a lot, but perhaps it's because they've been forced to do something since Sherry was seen online in a video.

Kid was just the icing on the cake. XD; I kind of didn't want him to appear, but it was mentioned that he would be wanting to take the actual Mystery Train when it runs again in a month, so it makes sense that he would want to scope the train out during this run. Conan and Kid working together!!! akldjfa;djkfa; In a BO related case! Aaaaand, they even have each other's number?! XD;;; This truly does make for very good fic fodder...

I wonder if this will becoming anything more. In any case, it was pretty awesome to see.

AX write up, to come tomorrow! Gotta first finish up some editing for Prince Revolution, and then do colors_tcg stuff (which I am so, so behind on).

If I've missed any LJ posts I should know about, kindly point me toward them. I opened up a bunch of tabs to answer when I got home yesterday, but I got too sleepy and closed them all to go to sleep, OTL. But, first let me say, congratulations on getting your NaNo printed, absolutehymn007! ♥

Ohhh, new Noblesse chapter is out after the one month break. Will be a treat for myself after I catch up with things. :3;;

Gotta resize and edit my photos! I'm already regretting that I didn't take as many photos as I wanted. So many missed photo opportunities because the place was too crowded to stop the cosplayers while they were walking about... I hope you'll be able to attend in the future! It would be so awesome to meet you~.

You should probably be getting your books fairly quickly! *___* Last year, mine arrived way earlier than I expected. It was an awesome feeling. :D Wow, that is a heavy package. Your books must be thick. :D Take pics! You'll be taking pics of this achievement, yes? :D

If you see Sanada walk by in the future and stop and wave madly at you with a Kane grin, that'd be me ;) But I will have already met up with you beforehand so it won't be a surprise, but shhh.... XD If I end up going to Cali on not-Expo dates, I'll be sure to let you know 'cause we could still totally meet up. We'd rule the world together.

Lol, yes it's you :) I mean, if you weren't doing NaNo, I would have never found out about it or have joined 7 hours prior... and I wouldn't have sped through Part 3 and some of Part 4 without it... or even have a real book... Yeah :DDDD And it helps to have someone that knows both fandoms to help keep you excited. *hugs*

I will take pictures of it for sure! I'll put things next to the stack for size reference too LOL.

Not sure when I'll be getting around to sending them out (there are a few things I want to get done before I get to it... and I probably want to upload all of the rest of the chapters of Part 3 onto fanfiction.net first).
