I would've used shoe paint...but I have no idea where to get that. D: I opted not to use fabric because the round parts would be hard to do. ): Well, I don't plan on improving on these particular boots, but for next time (that is, if my cosplays for next year require custom shoes!), I'll try to think of something better~
