back from Japan!

If you don't know yet from my random commenting around the place, I'm back from Japan. :3 I sort of browsed through my flist while I was over there, but I didn't comment much. Let me know if I missed anything I should know about! If you asked me to buy anything, I'll contact you soon with how much it was and I'll try to get the stuff out as soon as possible.

I started blogging about my Japan trip over at my private RL journal if anyone's interested. It's locked since I share photos and use real names. If you'd like to follow my RL journal over at lucathia, let me know. If you also post RL stuff in your journal or if I know you from waaaaay back, I'll most likely friend you back. But if you never post anything in your journal or if you only post fandom related things, I will feel uncomfortable about sharing my RL with you since that journal is almost like a diary. I don't actually update that journal all that much, but I usually blog about my pets, classes, teaching, family events, and the like. Some stuff is not locked, but anything with mentions of other people (names or pics) are usually locked.

I'll post of pics of merchandise I bought over here though. And perhaps a short report on Tenimyu and Comiket, so you're not really missing out on anything. I'm a fairly boring person.

Day 0: From SF to Narita to small Nishi Ogikubo
Day 1: Sendagaya for sports (and Tenimyu), Harajuku for fashion, and suddenly, a shrine!

Sometimes, I feel so redundant with my two journals. This was...supposedly just a fic journal, but I know most of you aren't here for that. I wish I could rename my RL journal something else and rename this one "lucathia." Why the "rykatu" part of the name? Some of you might remember that Rykatu is an original character of mine...supposedly a guy. Half dragon. It's my second alias over the net and what I used over at ffnet before I wanted anyone I knew to find me. I merged the two names when I stopped caring but wanted people who knew me as Rykatu to still be able to find me. Right now Rykatu is pretty much nonexistent. It might even look like a last name instead of a second name...?

*tilts head* I see Lucathia Rykatu as a complete name. Not as a first and last name but, they're together? I'm not explaining very well. I can't think of them as separate, I guess.

Yup, I start back on the 7th, but that's fresher's week, and then the actual first week will be pretty empty too, so, I kinda really start on the ... 22th, I guess? The uni pushed the starting dates a couple of weeks.

:3 I'm used to the journal and it was this name when you were writing Hoshi ga Hoshii desu.

Or together...as in two names joined together?
Well, yeah. The names are just... together. X____X I'm baaaaaad at this.

The name is so obvious, but I usually don't mention it. XD; I think very few people have two journals like I do...people just usually divide it between their main journal and their spinoffs like fic journals and whatnot. But some RL stuff has been creeping into this journal...

Hey, I've been wondering, your "mame Yejinzai" with the "nee shiteru," does that have anything to do with those beans...what are they called...mameshiba? I think I missed when you started them. XD;;

Haha yes it originated from mameshiba. But I started including it on my rajipuri entries since I knew Sanada had his own version of mameshiba. Hahahaa. I was totally inspired!. :P :P

Yeah! A mameshiba episode was parodied into Tenipuri characters and Sanada is the chosen to be the mame. It was a fan vid though, but he looks really really cute. :P

I believe it was shared on the community between March - May this year. :)

Oh, a fan vid! I thought it was something in rajipuri. Hmmm, a fanvid. I should search for it. I haven't actually watched an entire mameshiba episode before, but I saw a little of one. And oh my gosh, the little beans were so cute. I don't see how anyone can eat them when they have a face like that!!

Sometimes, I feel so redundant with my two journals.

Actually I think it's genius x'D
Whenever I post real life stuff on my journal I always wonder if I bore people with it, I guess having two seperate ones solves that problem? :o I'm going to move away from home in two months and start university, so there'll probably be a lot of boring stuff I want to post. Maybe I should create a second journal, too xD

And I've always kind of thought of lucathia rykatu as one complete name ^^'

I'm back! :D It's been almost a week actually, but I still haven't adjusted back...or maybe I've just gotten into the habit of sleeping late again. I was so good at waking up early in Japan! I guess shopping and exploring are much better motivation than work and classes. ^^;;

The two separate journals does solve that problem. XD; My flist didn't cross much at first, so I had to repost some stuff (like general announcements when I disappear) but now some people have both journals friended...so I guess they'll be seeing some repeat. XD;;

Ah, you're moving in two months? I started my other journal around the time I started university. I'm sure you'll have lots you want to post! New experiences and all that~

Haha, is it because your username is two words long too? But yours actually makes sense. XD

Haha, true, my username is also two words, but I don't really see that one as a name at all x'D it's like a pseudonym I go by when my prefered username is already taken (which is a lot of times %D).

Yeah, classes started on Monday for me. The first week of classes was just...trying to get into classes though.
