I found out that Paku Romi wasn't a guy when I saw her picture. And then beside that picture stated that she was Temari's seiyuu. I nearly bonked my head on the table.

A guy voicing a girl? It does seem rather odd.

It's just like the way a guy would look odd wearing women's clothing while women wouldn't look out of place wearing men's clothing.
