Yup, I asked her if she wanted to go. Before she said she still wasn't sure about her plans this year, but now she's pretty sure she can go. AnimeDestiny wasn't much of a convention since it was more like a club gathering. I hope this year's Fanime is much better organized. At least the dealer's room is always impressive.
I'm going for sure. I was going to break tradition (since I've been going for the past 5 years) but in the end, I found it hard to just not go. First, it was me regretting not having signed up earlier, and then it was me thinking that maybe I was going to be out of the country come May. And, I was going to skip it for Anime Expo...since certainly one convention per year is enough...but nah. Fanime!! <3 I must support the local con!!
