Yeah, they should be familiar with magic (sort of)! At least the non-humans. Though their techniques seem to be innate and dependent on what they are. I don't think humans are capable of magic. :3

No Hero itself is a cool combination of magic and technology~~. Kill No More too! LSK's brand of magic is a little different from what's used in No Hero though. :)
