Yes, I felt like they were describing Reborn. I thought Reborn was a terrible gag manga, it just wasn't funny, but it became awesome when it went shounen fighting manga.
Hm, I wonder if I should go back and read the manga, or just leave things happily with how they were in the anime?
I finished Magi, yes. They are animating another season but I think it comes out in October. I liked the beginning, but actually I stopped caring for it some time during the Casshim arc ^^;; and the last arc was just okay. I'm hoping the manga develops the arcs better. Some of the jokes are strangely timed, I felt, in the anime, and it makes the characters awkward when they're obviously supposed to be cute / lovable. And I kept feeling like I was supposed to love Sinbad but just didn't. ^^;; Or think he was really cool... but I felt like he didn't show his coolness, really, even though all the other characters kept telling us how amazing he is.
