Kaminomi and other Fall anime
In addition to Bakuman and Kaminomi, I ended up checking out a few more series from what other people said they were going to follow. :3
Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai

Also known as The World God Only Knows. I think that's now an official subtitle for the series. Keima and Elsea (whose name I have no idea how to spell anymore), both look more mature than their manga counterparts. Keima seems a bit cooler, and Elsea's a little prettier. I always thought of them as "cute" from the manga. XD I'm still loving Keima and his PFP. This episode made me laugh a lot! I've almost forgotten how much hilarious Keima can be at times with how little he knows of interacting with real people.

Elsea. *grabs a random full body screenshot* I kind of want to cosplay her. XD; But her hair's too long. Looks uncomfortable for cosplaying. XD I thought it was funny how she kept sweeping with her broom. This didn't seem all that prominent in the manga!
I'll be following this! I'm pretty sure this season will be mostly episodic from what I remember of the manga. This makes me remember how they said in Bakuman that a lot of series start out with stand alone stories that end in one chapter to keep the readers interested. I really love the longer story arcs that happen later on though. Hopefully those will get into season 2 (I think it's pretty crazy that there's already going to be a season 2 for this anime).
Tegami Bachi Reverse
Uh, this is probably spoilerish for people who haven't watched the first season, so skip to the next anime below? XD; So Kinky reminded me that Reverse was also airing this season. I'd almost forgotten! I loved the start of Tegami Bachi, but it trailed into very boring fillers that made me lose interest in what was otherwise a very engaging anime about mailmen. XD; I sat through those fillers last weekend and was very glad I didn't watch the ending until now because the ending of season 1 was a horrible cliffhanger!!

Well, season 2 picks off right where season 1 ends...though the first episode doesn't add too much new material since it pretty much repeats a good chunk of the last episode of season 1. But it starts right with the action! And, and, Noir is just really charismatic. *____*
Lag, however, is as much as a crybaby as ever. XD; Recently, I can't stop thinking of deck colors and deck names while watching stuff (like what
stillarium mentioned...). Crybaby would definitely be a good deck name for Lag.
I'm hoping there will be no fillers this season.
Psychic Detective Yakumo

I didn't know a thing about this, but since some people said they were going to follow it, I checked it out. XD; Despite the mystery and the danger, I thought the episode felt pretty mellow. There was a part where I was really touched too. This series seems like a good dose of mystery mixed with crime and occult stuff. It helps that I really like Yakumo, the main character. :D He's kind of cat-like!
Since this is only 13 episodes long, I can probably follow this with no problem. Not sure how much I like what was going on at the end of episode 1 though.
Star Driver

lol. *dies laughing* I saw the character designs for this and thought they looked cool. (with rumors that the character design is by Obata Takeshi under another name...?) But yeah, I liked the character designs, though everyone's really, really skinny. The first scene already used some interesting angles, though the characters' actions and words were a bit...weird. And then came weird mecha...and this...Galactic Pretty Boy. XDDDD
The instant Takuto spoke, I was thinking Kida Masaomi. =/
The ending was pretty cute with the three of them doing different things together. Not sure whether or not I'll be following this if it ends up with too much focus on mecha. I don't like the mecha. =P
I think that was all I was planning on possibly following. Anyone following other stuff? XD
