Yup, they're earring cuffs that you wear at the top part of your ear. Think TRC!Mokona earrings. I bought a lot of cuffs like these before I had piercings, since they're more comfortable to wear than clip-ons, but I don't wear them often since I'm afraid I'd lose them.
